The Thunder Arrow is usually a spaceship, but it can also be used as a submarine. The Destrons are in the sea, as Deszaras tells the Breastforce that he wants their latest mission to be carried out swiftly, discreetly and precisely. They are to collect electric energy.
Leozack thinks he ought to consider the Cybertrons interfering, but Deszaras doesn't want to repeat himself and tells them to go -now. As they heard off, Jallguar thinks that their Emperor is being cautious with his strategies, but Leozack can't stand it. Why should they have to lurk around so the likes of humans don't see them? They aren't moles! Jallguar thinks Leozack ought to keep his voice down, as he wouldn't want the Emperor to hear him. Leozack tells him to shut up -he just likes going straight for the kill!
The Breastforce move out and arrive in America without being seen. Drillhorn transforms and tunnels through the Earth, and the Destrons follow him. Meanwhile, at Shuttle Base, the Cybertrons are checking over reports that the Multiforce are sending in, as they try and find any Destron movements. Star Saber says that the Destrons have been quiet lately and then sees that they haven't had a report from America yet. He decides to have the Shuttle Base moved to get closer. Back in the city, people begin to see strange things like giant robots popping out of the floor and vanishing again for no reason.
The Breastforce's mission is supposed to be a secret and no-one should even know they are there, but Jallguar is nearly hit by a train until he jumps out of the way...and straight up through the ceiling to the level above, scaring everyone. He crawls away down another tunnel as Drillhorn is making his way through a couple of walls. He sees a train heading his way and quickly backs off, but it crashes into the rubble he created.
Back at the Shuttle base, Holi's Rescue team are doing a training exercise when they hear the base's alarm go off. Inside, the Cybertrons have found out about the Destron activity in the subway. They think that the Destrons must be there to take the electricity and turn it into energon, as there is so much of it available. And thanks to the subway system being a confusing mess, it would be difficult to fight down there. But Star Saber transforms and jets off whilst everyone else gets a ride on Galaxy Shuttle.
Leozack is tearing up some tubes to get at electricity, but suddenly decides that he's bored and that he -someone who is destined to be the future Destron Emperor of Destruction -should not have to do things so quietly. He starts shooting, and the other Breastforce members hear his shots. They decide to join in.
Their actions cause large amounts of explosions and damage. Star Saber sees the results of their work, and goes in to land where Galaxy Shuttle is. Holi says the Rescue Team will move out, whilst Blacker says he and his team will defeat the Destrons. Star Saber thinks there might be something else to consider, as the Destron's real target may be the power distribution center.
Everyone is about to move out when Star Saber notices Jean trying to sneak into Holi. Turns out he secretly hid on Galaxy Shuttle, and wants to help out. Star Saber tells him to go with the Rescue Team and help them, but there is to be no acting on his own. The Rescue Team head out and begin operations.
Star Saber heads to where the power distribution center is. He gets a strong energy reading inside it, so he transforms and heads inside with the V-Star following him. Meanwhile, the other Brainmasters confront the Destrons. Laster finds Drillhorn.
Drillhorn sends out Hornbreast, his Breast animal partner, who smashes into Laster. Thanks to the fact that the subway tunnels are so small, Laster finds it difficult to fight whilst Hornbreast finds it really easy. Even so, Laster isn't about to give up.
Star Saber closes in on the energy reading and eventually comes across some kind of shadow lurking in one of the tunnels. As he gets closer the shadow turns out to be Deszaras! Deszaras is impressed that Star Saber managed to find where he was. Star Saber tells him he won't get away with any energy, but Deszaras tells him to prattle on all he wants.
Deszaras runs off and transforms, leading Star Saber into a large room. Star Saber is about to blast him when Deszaras points out that if he starts firing, he will surely destroy the large amount of electrical equipment in this room.
He can't use energy weapons and his mobility is limited thanks to the room. He sends out his Tigerbreast and Eaglebreast to deal with Star Saber, whilst he starts to collect energy and convert it into energon.
Elsewhere in the subway, Killbison is heading towards a generator to take energy from it when Blacker attacks him and bends his turrets so he can't shoot. So instead he transforms and sends Bisonbreast to attack. Whilst Blacker fights the animal, he heads back towards the generator and starts to take energy from it. He is found by Leozack, who accuses him of being weak.
Leozack then turns his attention to Blacker and fights him, but even with his own Breast animal helping him in the battle Blacker is more than a match for him. Meanwhile, the Rescue Team is now all in the Subway and are continuing to try and fix things.
Part of the ceiling then collapses and destroys the only stairs leading to the top. Piupou sees that the exit is now blocked off and contacts Holi to figure out what they are going to do. Mack in the power distribution center, Star Saber knocks back the two Breast Animals attacking him.
He runs back towards Deszaras and tries to fight him, but the Tigerbreast and Eaglebreast keep getting in the way. As Star Saber fights with them, he has the V-Star charge into Deszaras. Deszaras is just picking up the energon container when the V-Star crashes into him, but he manages to block it.
He does not manage to block Star Saber's sword, which is thrown into his chest. He removes it and has his Breast Animals return to him, saying he was just careless.
He throws the sword back at Star Saber, but he avoids it. Deszaras then runs off, and news of his retreat soon reaches the other Destrons. They all decide to also withdraw. Leozack doesn't want to go at first, but eventually decides to go and tells Blacker that the next time they meet, he'll flatten him.
With the Destrons gone, Holi and Fire help rescue the people trapped at the collapsed stairs. The Cybertrons then all meet up in the city. Thankfully, the Destrons did not manage to steal that much energy. Star Saber congratulates everyone for doing well despite the disadvantages they had, but he wants them to put just as much effort into the reconstruction work. The Cybertrons all say they will.
