The Destrons have been in hiding for over a month and it seems that, for now, peace has returned to the Earth. At Shuttle Base, Jean wants to know what Braver is doing, despite the warning sign on the door. Jean goes in to find out that he's made five more Destron brainwave reading units. Later on the Cybertrons have a meeting and find out that the Destrons are hiding under the sea, so they all split up to search the Earth's oceans.



The Thunder Arrow is in the ocean, as Leozack tells Deszaras his latest plan. Deszaras says it won't work, because none of his plans are ever worth even talking about! Leozack mumbles up new plans, such as raiding some mines, but Deszaras has had enough of him. Just how many times has he failed him now?



More times than he can count on his finger tips, that's how many times! He picks up Leozack and throws him across the room, calling him incompetent. Hellbat then walks into the room, asking if he could just interrupt.



"Hellbat! Have you come to make me happy?!"



Hellbat says he has, as he has found out some very interesting information. He whispers it to Deszaras, as Leozack realises his underling is grandstanding him once again. Deszaras seems pleased with what Hellbat tells him.



Hellbat leaves the room, and is very happy that Deszaras was happy with him. Leozack quickly finds him and starts a fight, hating just how arrogant he was back there and the fact he told Deszaras first rather than himself. Hellbat says he is misunderstanding things, as he told Deszaras that Leozack was the one who sent him to find out the intel. Deszaras was very happy with him.



Hellbat tells Leozack to just leave this to him, as he will be in favor with the Emperor in no time. They go back to Deszaras, as Hellbat explains to him that they will have to use up a large amount of the energy they have already gathered. But he promises it will be worth it. He has found out that there is vast amounts of energy hidden in the sunken land of Atlantis, many times more than what they've got. Leozack thinks he could be taking a risk.



Deszaras thinks it could be a risk also, but Hellbat says that with big risks come big rewards. Leozack says he swears they will not fail, and Deszaras thinks about what he wants the most: his fortress. He says they will head to Atlantis at full speed.



Even with their new scanner units, the Cybertrons can't find anything. Dashtacker and Machtackle also report in without any news. However, Blacker gets a call from Wing, who has picked up a very feint signal. Star Saber decides to head their himself since he's the closest.



The Destrons find Atlantis, and the Dinoforce plant their energy around the place. They then head back inside the Thunder Arrow, as Deszaras says that this will be everything or nothing. He draws out his cannon and takes aim.



Deszaras fires, and the planted energon is destroyed. This caused multiple, massive explosions, which all link together.



Deszaras sees that their plan has worked perfectly. Atlantis rises!



Out at sea, a cruise ship is on the waters, but is suddenly destroyed in an instant by a colossal tidal wave. Star Saber meets up with Wingwaver, and he tells him that the Rescue Team have been sent out to the coastal cities already to help out. They also think that a wave so large is not natural and must have been caused by someone.



Atlantis then rises out of the ocean, and they realise that it is what caused the tidal wave. Star Saber's scanner unit is bleeping, so he contacts Braver at Shuttle Base. He tells him to head out with the others to help with rescue operations, whilst also summoning Victory Leo. He and Wingwaver then head down to Atlantis to check the place out.



They find the Dinoforce loading the Thunder Arrow with lots of energy, but then they get a call in from Braver who says that the tidal wave has hit part of Spain and that people need help. Star Saber says he'll go to Spain, they'll just have to deal with the Destrons later.



Deszaras tells everyone to hurry up in taking the energy, as they don't know how long it will be before the lost continent starts to sink again. Leozack then transforms and reports in, saying that the Cybertrons have their hands full dealing with rescue operations, so they can take the energy in peace. Deszaras says that once they release his fortress, the likes of the Cybertrons will never be a concern again.



Star Saber arrives in Spain with Victory Leo, and the two hold together a bridge so an evacuation train can move on. But then the Breastforce arrive and start shooting at them with missiles. Both the train and the bridge get destroyed.



The two Cybertrons are then contacted by Wingwaver, who says that the Dinoforce seemed to have filled up the Thunder Arrow with energy, so they'd better stop them soon. But the Breastforce then surround them. They don't have the time to fight them them all, so they transform into Victory Saber. Leozack gets everyone to unite and transform into Liokaiser, and the two of them fight.



As usual, even Liokaiser cannot stand up to Victory Saber and is soon being beaten in the fight. Meanwhile at Atlantis, the Thunder Arrow is full up, so Deszaras gets inside it and blasts off without the Dinoforce. He tells them not to worry though as he'll be back for them later, and they are to just keep collecting any more energy left until he returns.



Blacker and Laster then appear and tell Victory Saber that another tidal wave is heading straight for them. Deszaras also arrives in his ship and tells Liokaiser to retreat now or he'll be destroyed by the wave. The Destrons pull out as Victory Saber tries to run from the massive wave, but he gets hit by it and washed away.



The Dinoforce are still loyally collecting energy for Deszaras, and have made quite a bit when the whole island starts to shake and sink. They then see a tidal wave heading straight towards them! And with no signs of the Thunder Arrow or Deszaras anywhere it's too late for them to avoid it. They are soon knocked out into the sea and washed away.



As the Cybertrons and rescued humans look out over the sea, Victory Saber jumps up from out of the water, having survived the tidal wave. As the Cybertrons re-group, they know that the Destrons now have a lot of energy in their possession. What does Deszaras plan to do once he has gotten back his fortress?
