This dialogue script, which can be read in full at the Sunbow and Marvel Productions Script/Storyboard Archive, was originally owned by Walker Edmiston (Inferno's voice actor). The dialogue script lists all of the dialogue that was recorded for the movie. Some of these lines would be cut from the movie, whilst others would be altered.
The dialogue script is missing the line for the Lithonian who fails to escape Unicron: "Kranix! Argh!"
In the movie, Shockwave has a line between the two above: "Laserbeak returns, Megatron." This line is not in the dialogue script.
The above are recorded lines for a cut scene, where Ironhide has to maneuver the shuttle around some asteroids, seconds before the Decepticons attack.
The above lines were meant to be heard after Hot Rod's settle for a peek line. They were cut from the film.
The above lines were recorded for a cut scene. It would have happened before Kup's "what's that darn fool doing?" line.
Kup's line here was cut.
In the movie, these lines are the other way around.
These lines were cut. I think they were meant to be said when Megatron blows up Lookout Mountain.
Arcee's line here was cut.
This dialogue is for a scene that was cut. It would have been placed right after Hot Rod and Kup enter Autobot City by bashing the Insecticons out of the way.
These lines, which were to be said by Blaster, were for a cut scene where he would try and fire at the Insecticons.
Blaster's line here was cut.
Gears' line here was cut. I am not sure what was happening, but it appears Gears was about to die. As Devastator crushes a laser cannon here, perhaps Gears was meant to be inside it?
Arcee's line was cut.
The dialogue script is missing Megatron's "No! I'll crush you with my bare hands!" line, which he says after the above.
Megatron's "Farewell, Prime!" line was cut.
Hot Rod's line was cut.
The dialogue script does mention that these lines were ad libs. "Beat it!" and "Spare me!" aren't heard in the movie. You can hear someone say "Get! Make room for others!" and "Brothers, don't!" instead.
These lines were cut. They were meant to be said after Rumble and Frenzy take down Devastator. This line is the reason Dirge is in the credits, even though his only line was cut.
Galvatron's line was cut.
The dialogue script is missing the following line from Starscream: "My fellow Decepticons, as your new leader I..."
The Decepticon ad libs and Bonecrusher's line were cut.
These screams were meant to be heard as Jazz and Cliffjumper's ship gets sucked back into Unicron. They aren't heard in the movie.
In the movie, Bumblebee is not heard counting down the timer.
In the dialogue script, Bumblebee and Spike contacting Autobot City on Earth is listed as happening before Galvatron saying "how dare Unicron!". The dialogue script also lists the scene where Bumblebee and Spike blow up Moonbase 2 as happening much later on in the movie.
Blaster and Inferno's lines here were cut.
Scourge's line was cut. The dialogue script is also missing a line from Hot Rod: "Come on you big bozo, get in the shuttle!"
Hot Rod's line was cut.
Kup's lines here are heard in the movie, but none of the lines for any of the other characters are.
The dialogue script lacks Daniel's "Wait Ultra Magnus, Arcee's still out there!", which in the movie is said between the above two lines.
All of these lines were cut. They were for a deleted scene, which would have been shown just before the second shuttle takes off.
These cut lines were for a deleted scene, where the Autobots come under attack from the Decepticons shortly after leaving Earth. They would lose the Decepticons by blowing up an asteroid.
Slag's line was cut.
Hot Rod's line was cut.
Ultra Magnus' lines were cut.
All of the lines after Kup's "inverted polarities" line were cut.
All of the lines after Hot Rod's "they're coming back" line were cut. The dialogue script is then missing the following lines:
The dialogue script is missing a line for Perceptor here, said before Magnus' line: "The Planet of Junk is in this vicinity".
The dialogue script is missing Kup's "Hot Rod! Help me!" line, which he says after Hot Rod's "anybody?"
Daniel and Springer's lines were cut.
All the of the lines after Daniel's "I'm okay" line was cut.
The dialogue script is missing some lines from Arcee here. After her "try it on" line, she says "now try to walk, come on, you can do it!". Springer's "don't fight it" line was cut.
In the movie, Wreck-Gar doesn't laugh after saying this line.
The "well, maybe" part of this line was cut.
Hot Rod's line was cut.
Kup's line was cut.
This line was changed to remove the idea that the Quintessons were connected to Unicron. Presumably this was done because the writers had different plans for the Quintessons, which would be revealed in Five Faces of Darkness.
This line was cut.
Kranix's "no!" was cut.
All of the above dialogue was cut. It was for a deleted scene, where a Quintesson sends the Dinobots down the wrong path.
The dialogue script lacks Swoop's "me Swoop no see nothing" line. It also has the scene where Unicron tells Galvatron to go to the Planet of Junk before this scene with the Dinobots, in the movie these scenes are shown the other way around. Finally, Grimlock's "get thump thump thump" line was cut.
The dialogue script is missing a line from Grimlock, which in the movie is heard after Wheelie's line: "Me Grimlock say we on our way!"
Some cut dialogue, which was meant to be said after Daniel's "exo-suit's fantastic" line.
Cut lines for a deleted scene, where Perceptor gets hit. This would have been right before the below line:
In the movie, these lines are said the other way around.
Galvatron's line was cut.
The dialogue script has the scene were Ultra Magnus is executed placed after the scene where the Dinobots save Hot Rod and Kup from the Quintessons. In the movie, the scenes are the other way around.
In the movie, Hot Rod laughs before and after saying the above line, which is not mentioned in the dialogue script.

The dialogue script is missing some lines here. In the movie, after Blurr's line, the following is said:
In the movie, the Junkions don't sing. It's at this point Weird Al's "Dare to be Stupid" starts to play, perhaps the Junkion's singing was replaced with that.
This line was cut. It was meant to be said before Springer's "getting them to stay down" line.
All of these lines were cut.
The "everything must go" line was cut.
Hot Rod's line was cut.
Anything other than Wreck-Gar's lines here were cut.
Hot Rod's line was cut.
These lines were all cut. They were meant for a deleted sequence, where the Junkion ship gets split in two, but the "free bonus surprise" is that they get both halves working as separate ships. Unicron's line was presumably meant for the Quintesson ship smashes through his eye.
These lines were all cut. It would suggest that originally, Daniel would just run off, whilst the others fight off the claws. In the movie, this was changed so a load of water separates Daniel from everyone else.
In the movie, it's Spike who says this line, not Cliffjumper.
The dialogue script is missing Hot Rod's response to this line: "Not today, Galvatron!"
Wreck-Gar's line was cut. The dialogue script suggests that the scene were Unicron crushes the Junkion ship was meant to happen after Galvatron's "die so easily" line, but in the movie, these things are the other way around. Galvatron's "die, Autobot" is heard in the movie, but not here -he says it earlier.
Unicron's roars here were cut. They were meant to be heard during the shot where he rips his own leg off. The cheering was also cut.
