This dialogue script, which can be read in full at the Sunbow and Marvel Productions Script/Storyboard Archive, was originally owned by Walker Edmiston (Inferno's voice actor). The dialogue script lists all of the dialogue that was recorded for the movie. Some of these lines would be cut from the movie, whilst others would be altered.

The dialogue script is also missing some lines entirely.

The dialogue script is missing the line for the Lithonian who fails to escape Unicron: "Kranix! Argh!"

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
IRONHIDE
Every time I look into a monitor Prime, my circuits sizzle. When are we gonna start bustin' Deceptichops?
PRIME
Cliffjumper, commence countdown.

In the movie, Shockwave has a line between the two above: "Laserbeak returns, Megatron." This line is not in the dialogue script.

The above are recorded lines for a cut scene, where Ironhide has to maneuver the shuttle around some asteroids, seconds before the Decepticons attack.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
BRAWN
Megatron! Decepticons!

MEGATRON
Die Autobots!
DANIEL
Guess I just miss my Dad.

HOT ROD
Don't worry, Spike'll be back soon. Oh hey! I caught something.
HOT ROD
Talk about dull, Daniel...
DANIEL
Hey! Let's stop here!

HOT ROD
Why settle for a peek Daniel, when you can see everything from Lookout Mountain?

The above lines were meant to be heard after Hot Rod's settle for a peek line. They were cut from the film.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
KUP
Turbo revvin' young punk! I'll straighten you out yet!

The above lines were recorded for a cut scene. It would have happened before Kup's "what's that darn fool doing?" line.

Kup's line here was cut.

In the movie, these lines are the other way around.

These lines were cut. I think they were meant to be said when Megatron blows up Lookout Mountain.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
KUP
Old timer?! That's something you'll never be if you don't get back to the city.

Arcee's line here was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
BLURR
What about me Magnus, what about me? Huh huh huh? I can help I wanna help what about me?!

This dialogue is for a scene that was cut. It would have been placed right after Hot Rod and Kup enter Autobot City by bashing the Insecticons out of the way.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
BLASTER
One down, sound! Ow!

These lines, which were to be said by Blaster, were for a cut scene where he would try and fire at the Insecticons.

Blaster's line here was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
PERCEPTOR
Hey, run Blaster! Save yourself!
PERCEPTOR
Do you think you got through to Prime?
SPRINGER
Come on Arcee. We gotta get this launcher into place. Megatron's making his big push, and we gotta push back!
KUP
Keep at it, Springer, my boy! Help's at hand!

Gears' line here was cut. I am not sure what was happening, but it appears Gears was about to die. As Devastator crushes a laser cannon here, perhaps Gears was meant to be inside it?

Arcee's line was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
OPTIMUS PRIME
That's a question you should ask yourself, Megatron.

The dialogue script is missing Megatron's "No! I'll crush you with my bare hands!" line, which he says after the above.

Megatron's "Farewell, Prime!" line was cut.

Hot Rod's line was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
MEGATRON
Don't leave me, Soundwave.
PERCEPTOR
I fear the wounds are... fatal.
MAGNUS
But Prime. I'm... I'm just a soldier. I... I'm not worthy.
BONECRUSHER
In that case I say it is survival of the fittest!

The dialogue script does mention that these lines were ad libs. "Beat it!" and "Spare me!" aren't heard in the movie. You can hear someone say "Get! Make room for others!" and "Brothers, don't!" instead.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
SCRAPPER
Wait! The Constructicons form Devastator, the most powerful robot. We should rule.

These lines were cut. They were meant to be said after Rumble and Frenzy take down Devastator. This line is the reason Dirge is in the credits, even though his only line was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
UNICRON
Megatron... welcome, Megatron.
UNICRON
This is my command. You are to destroy the Autobot Matrix of leadership. It is the one thing, the only thing, that can stand in my way.

Galvatron's line was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
UNICRON
And this shall be your ship.

The dialogue script is missing the following line from Starscream: "My fellow Decepticons, as your new leader I..."

The Decepticon ad libs and Bonecrusher's line were cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
CLIFFJUMPER
And it's attacking Moonbase 1!

These screams were meant to be heard as Jazz and Cliffjumper's ship gets sucked back into Unicron. They aren't heard in the movie.

The dialogue script is also missing the following line from Cliffjumper: "Jazz! We're not getting away!"

SPIKE
This is Spike and Bumblebee, up here on Moonbase 2.
SPIKE
But you'd better get here fast, because we're not gonna...
SPIKE
Bumblebee, activate the explosives! If this doesn't stop it, nothing will.

BUMBLEBEE
The explosives are activated. Let's get out of here!

Hurry, it's gonna blow!

In the movie, Bumblebee is not heard counting down the timer.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
BUMBLEBEE
Look!
GALVATRON
How dare Unicron! Cybertron and all its moons belong to me!

In the dialogue script, Bumblebee and Spike contacting Autobot City on Earth is listed as happening before Galvatron saying "how dare Unicron!". The dialogue script also lists the scene where Bumblebee and Spike blow up Moonbase 2 as happening much later on in the movie.

Blaster and Inferno's lines here were cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
GALVATRON
I, Galvatron, will crush you just as Megatron crushed Prime.

Scourge's line was cut. The dialogue script is also missing a line from Hot Rod: "Come on you big bozo, get in the shuttle!"

Hot Rod's line was cut.

Kup's lines here are heard in the movie, but none of the lines for any of the other characters are.

The dialogue script lacks Daniel's "Wait Ultra Magnus, Arcee's still out there!", which in the movie is said between the above two lines.

All of these lines were cut. They were for a deleted scene, which would have been shown just before the second shuttle takes off.

These cut lines were for a deleted scene, where the Autobots come under attack from the Decepticons shortly after leaving Earth. They would lose the Decepticons by blowing up an asteroid.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
ULTRA MAGNUS
Congratulations Autobots, we've lost them. So rest while you can.

Slag's line was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
KUP
Okay, okay. Well the dust was really thick, and then this gigantic Ick Yak came tromping and stomping down the mountain, flames spewing out of its nostrils, and I thought for sure...
HOT ROD
Hey Kup, don't you think we have better things to do now than tell old stories?

Hot Rod's line was cut.

Ultra Magnus' lines were cut.

All of the lines after Kup's "inverted polarities" line were cut.

All of the lines after Hot Rod's "they're coming back" line were cut. The dialogue script is then missing the following lines:

Hot Rod: Alright, we survived that!
Kup: Yeah, but will we survive this?
Galvatron: Cyclonus, transform and attack!
Kup: I can't control it!
Hot Rod: We're gonna crash!

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
ULTRA MAGNUS
What choice do we have?
GALVATRON
Aaaaah! Unicron, why?! Take me to Unicron... take me now! Aaah!
ARCEE
Did we have to let him detonate three-quarters of the ship?!
ARCEE
But now how are we gonna get there in this wreck?

The dialogue script is missing a line for Perceptor here, said before Magnus' line: "The Planet of Junk is in this vicinity".

The dialogue script is missing Kup's "Hot Rod! Help me!" line, which he says after Hot Rod's "anybody?"

Daniel and Springer's lines were cut.

All the of the lines after Daniel's "I'm okay" line was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
SPRINGER
It's rough out there, kid.
DANIEL
Dad's exo-suit! He told me all about it.

The dialogue script is missing some lines from Arcee here. After her "try it on" line, she says "now try to walk, come on, you can do it!". Springer's "don't fight it" line was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
ARCEE
Keep on practicing, you'll get the hang of it.
ULTRA MAGNUS
Come on, show time's over. We've got work to do!
WRECK-GAR
Stop thief! No welcome-wagon, "hello stranger!" with that good coffee flavor for you.

In the movie, Wreck-Gar doesn't laugh after saying this line.

The "well, maybe" part of this line was cut.

Hot Rod's line was cut.

Kup's line was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
KRANIX
The world of the savage Sharkticons and their cruel masters, the Quintessons. I am Kranix. My planet was destroyed by Unicron.

This line was changed to remove the idea that the Quintessons were connected to Unicron. Presumably this was done because the writers had different plans for the Quintessons, which would be revealed in Five Faces of Darkness.

This line was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
KUP
So that's the monster's name.

Kranix's "no!" was cut.

All of the above dialogue was cut. It was for a deleted scene, where a Quintesson sends the Dinobots down the wrong path.

The dialogue script lacks Swoop's "me Swoop no see nothing" line. It also has the scene where Unicron tells Galvatron to go to the Planet of Junk before this scene with the Dinobots, in the movie these scenes are shown the other way around. Finally, Grimlock's "get thump thump thump" line was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
WHEELIE
Friends find, look behind. You go wrong way, you fool I say!

The dialogue script is missing a line from Grimlock, which in the movie is heard after Wheelie's line: "Me Grimlock say we on our way!"

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
GALVATRON
Unicron... why did you torture me?!
DANIEL
Woah, this exo-suit's fantastic! I think I'm starting to get the hang of it.

Some cut dialogue, which was meant to be said after Daniel's "exo-suit's fantastic" line.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
WRECK-GAR
Forward, avanti, and like, go for the gusto... hang on.
SPRINGER
There goes the shuttle!
DANIEL
Transform... yeah!

Cut lines for a deleted scene, where Perceptor gets hit. This would have been right before the below line:

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
ULTRA MAGNUS
Make a break for cover. I'll try to unleash the power of the Matrix.

In the movie, these lines are said the other way around.

Galvatron's line was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
GALVATRON
Sweeps, terminate him!

The dialogue script has the scene were Ultra Magnus is executed placed after the scene where the Dinobots save Hot Rod and Kup from the Quintessons. In the movie, the scenes are the other way around.

In the movie, Hot Rod laughs before and after saying the above line, which is not mentioned in the dialogue script.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
HOT ROD
We can't hold out forever Kup, but we can give them one humongous repair bill!
HOT ROD
Yeah, but what about our problems? We need a ship.
WHEELIE
Give stare... over there.

The dialogue script has the scene where Spike and Bumblebee blow up Moonbase 2 happen after Hot Rod's "who cares" line. In the movie, this scene was moved forward, and happens after the first Moonbase is destroyed.

The dialogue script is missing some lines here. In the movie, after Blurr's line, the following is said:

Arcee: First Prime, now Ultra Magnus... what'll we do?
Daniel: Look!

In the movie, the Junkions don't sing. It's at this point Weird Al's "Dare to be Stupid" starts to play, perhaps the Junkion's singing was replaced with that.

This line was cut. It was meant to be said before Springer's "getting them to stay down" line.

All of these lines were cut.

The "everything must go" line was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
GRIMLOCK
Yuck! Me Grimlock not kisser! Me king!

Hot Rod's line was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
HOT ROD
Then we've got to destroy Unicron.

WRECK-GAR
Yes friends, act now, destroy Unicron! Kill the grand poobah... eliminate even the toughest stains...

Anything other than Wreck-Gar's lines here were cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
GALVATRON
Unicron! Unicron! Answer me... see this. The Matrix.
UNICRON
You underestimate me, Galvatron. For a time, I considered sparing your wretched little planet, Cybertron. But now, you shall witness its dismemberment.

Hot Rod's line was cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
HOT ROD
That's what we're gonna find out.

These lines were all cut. They were meant for a deleted sequence, where the Junkion ship gets split in two, but the "free bonus surprise" is that they get both halves working as separate ships. Unicron's line was presumably meant for the Quintesson ship smashes through his eye.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
UNICRON
Destroy him, Galvatron -now... or you yourself shall be obliterated.
DANIEL
Help... help!

These lines were all cut. It would suggest that originally, Daniel would just run off, whilst the others fight off the claws. In the movie, this was changed so a load of water separates Daniel from everyone else.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
DANIEL
Dad!
SPIKE
Knock down the acid cover!

In the movie, it's Spike who says this line, not Cliffjumper.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
DANIEL
Dad!
SPIKE
Yeah! I did it!

The dialogue script is missing Hot Rod's response to this line: "Not today, Galvatron!"

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
GALVATRON
I will crush you with my bare hands... die, Autobot!

Wreck-Gar's line was cut. The dialogue script suggests that the scene were Unicron crushes the Junkion ship was meant to happen after Galvatron's "die so easily" line, but in the movie, these things are the other way around. Galvatron's "die, Autobot" is heard in the movie, but not here -he says it earlier.

Unicron's roars here were cut. They were meant to be heard during the shot where he rips his own leg off. The cheering was also cut.

DIALOGUE SCRIPT
MOVIE DIALOGUE
SPRINGER
Spike... Daniel!

SPIKE
Springer, what's going on?

SPRINGER
No time to answer that now, let's get outta here!
