These storyboards can be seen in full at the Sunbow and Marvel Productions Script/Storyboard Archive.

In the movie, Galvatron doesn't say "no!" here, he growls instead.

In the movie, these sequence are played in a different order than what the storyboards have. In the movie:

The shot of Galvatron saying "die, Autobot" is shown first.
The part where Unicron crushes the Junkion ship is shown second. (Note how Unicron was meant to roar when he grabs the ship -he's not heard roaring in the movie).
The shots of Galvatron saying "first Prime" and "sense of satisfaction" are played last.

The storyboard for this shot wanted to have visible Junkions. In the movie, they can't be seen. Wreck-Gar's line was also cut.

In the movie, this shot is set inside the Junkion ship, the storyboard wanted it to be an exterior shot. Again, Wreck-Gar's line was cut.

This storyboard wanted Hot Rod to back away from Galvatron. In the movie, Hot Rod is seen kicking Galvatron, sending him flying back.

The storyboards only have Galvatron fire once, which causes Rodimus Prime to drop the Matrix. In the movie, Galvatron fires four times, and only the fourth blast -which hits Rodimus Prime's hand rather than his chest -causes him to drop the Matrix.

This shot was cut. It was meant to be seen before this shot.

On the storyboard, this antibody explodes before it touches Springer. In the movie, it manages to pin him to a wall, but explodes seconds later.

In the movie, Springer was given this dialogue, instead of Arcee.

The left storyboard has no dialogue. In the movie, Spike is heard saying "Springer, what's going on?". In the movie, the dialogue for the right storyboard was changed to "No time to answer that now, let's get outta here!".

The storyboards don't mention Unicron shooting out a laser from one of his eyes up until he explodes, but that's what happens in the movie.

The storyboards do not mention Unicron's head popping off before his body explodes, but again, that's what happens in the movie.

In the movie, Perceptor can't be seen in this shot. Kup isn't mentioned on the storyboard, but he can be seen in the movie. The storyboard also has both Spike and Daniel, but in the movie, you can only just about see one of them stood next to Blurr.

The storyboard also wanted this shot to pan right, to reveal Hot Rod. In the movie, this shot doesn't pan.

In the movie, the middle of this panning shot has Arcee, Bumblebee, Jazz and Kup in it. None of them are on the storyboards for this shot.

The storyboard for this shot does not mention which characters to use at the top of the shot. In the movie, Spike or Daniel, Bumblebee and Perceptor were used at the top. But then more characters were also added -on the right you have Cliffjumper and Blurr, at the bottom right you have Grimlock and Wheelie, and at the bottom left you have Sludge.

In the movie, this shot does not truck out. It dissolves to this shot. Note the line about the "Matrix's rainbow sky". In the movie, nothing special is seen here, it uses a regular space background.

In the movie, Unicron's head does not fly out of shot. It ends on a freeze-frame, and Unicron's head can still be seen as the credits roll.
