This dialogue was cut from the episode. It was scripted to be said after Megatron's "base of operations" line.

This was cut from the episode, and was scripted to happen after the Autobots scatter when the Decepticons start firing at them. The most interesting thing about this is that originally, Inferno and Ramjet were due to make an appearance.
In the episode, the part showing Prime hitting Starscream was cut. The way this is edited in the episode makes it look like Thundercracker becomes Starscream.
Soundwave's line here was cut.
The script's description of Megatron's computer is different to what is looks like in the episode. One difference is that Megatron is never seen using a microphone.
The script states Laserbeak's scanning beams should come from his eyes, but in the episode the animators had them come from a camera attachment that pops out of his head.

In the episode, the first act ends after the Prime double says his "destroy the imposter" line. However in the script, this line was meant to be said at the start of the second act.

The script has this short sequence where we'd see amplifiers in the crevice being used to create the fake energy readings Megatron mentions later. This was cut from the episode.

This was heavily cut down in the episode. Firstly, Skywarp's bomb was meant to briefly freeze the Autobots, but in the episode it's not really shown doing this. What happens next was cut -the Primes were meant to given conflicting orders, leading to the Autobots getting confused.

In the episode, the door here is only seen closing. And despite the script stating it should be noiseless, it makes a noise as it shuts in the episode.
In the episode, the only Autobot in this shot is Windcharger, despite the script wanting a few others to be around.
This line was cut, it was scripted to be said before Spike's "chasing Starscream" line.
