The credits sequence for the Japanese version of the movie reveal several scenes not in the movie itself, which were most likely cut for time. The credits are obviously all over these scenes, and unfortunately the version I have also has English subs for the song played during them, which I can't turn off. But anyway, enjoy:

Haohmaru returns home

I presume that this little scene had him decide to return home to his village, after defeating the master at the school. Haohmaru looks glum, but then gets happy again and says something. He is then seen walking along a path.

Ukyo Tachibana

I imagine this scene would have taken place just before Galford and the others go to the dojo where Haohmaru is. Three men with swords are bullying a couple of villagers (the same two who discuss about a soul being revived) when a man stops them: Ukyo Tachibana. The three men charge at him...

...as Ukyo runs towards them. He strikes all three men in a non-fatal way, and defeats them all instantly. He then sheathes his sword.

As Ukyo looks at his fallen opponents, three women cheer for him, just like in the games. The shot then changes back to Ukyo, as a piece of paper with kanji on it briefly appears on the screen.

Ukyo puts a flower in his mouth and walks off, as the three women follow him. They happen to run past Galford, Poppy, Wan-Fu and Charlotte.

Holy warriors go after Haohmaru

This scene would have taken place after Charlotte tells Galford she is going to go after Haohmaru in the castle. Galford, Poppy and Jubei meet up with Wan-Fu, Nakoruru, Mamahaha and Tam Tam. They briefly talk, and then Jubei is seen dropping down towards some of Amakusa's soldiers.

Inside the warp gate

When Haohmaru and Charlotte crash through the warp, it seems there was meant to be this little scene. Some images of Amakusa and the holy warriors flash past, and then the camera slowly zooms in on Haohmaru for a couple of seconds.

Hanzo Vs. Genan

You don't get to see much of Hanzo's fight with Genan, which is because most of it was cut. Hanzo and Genan clash, but Genan leaps back. Another ninja intervenes, but Genan uses his poison blizzard technique.

The poison cloud hits the ninja, taking him out. Genan says something, whilst Hanzo seems to react with surprise.

Holy warriors Vs. Amakusa's soldiers

This scene possibly takes place when Galford, Wan-Fu, Nakoruru and Tam Tam try and find Charlotte and Haohmaru. Nakoruru opens her eyes, as she and some of the other holy warriors stand in the shrine. Several of Amakusa's troops then warp in.

Wan-Fu says something, and then the enemy troops charge. The holy warriors also charge.

Other stuff

Some other things shown in the credits which aren't used in the movie: some villagers washing clothes, Amakusa sitting at the shrine herself, and Amakusa looking at her orb, which glows brightly.
