Unfortunately, the English credits only list four characters -Barry Papick, Michael Goldwasser, Gordon Miller and Michael Pascuzzi are also credited, but under "and featuring the talents of", which doesn't list which characters they voiced.
Japanese voice actors
Norio Wakamoto as Geist -One of the best known Japanese voice actors, some of Norio's other roles include Dracula in several Castlevania games, Vega in the Japanese versions of several Street Fighter titles and Cell in Dragon Ball Z.
Fumi Hirano as Paiya -Her most famous role would probably be Lum from Urusei Yatsura.
Hideyuki Hori as Hans -Hideyuki provides the voice for Ryu Hayabusa in the Dead or Alive series and several of the Ninja Gaiden games. His other voice roles include Ryuuga in Hokuto no Ken and Chromedome in Transformers: The Headmasters.
English voice actors
Jason Beck as Geist -Jason's deep voice for Geist is one of the few highlights of the English dub. He would also voice Geist in the sequel, and if rumors are to be believed, he was also the voice of Central Park Media's answering machine until 2002, which he used his Geist voice for. Sadly Jason died from lung cancer in the year 2000.
