Integra and Walter and surprised to see they are getting a call. Integra answers and it's Alucard, who wants his master to give him his orders. He tells her that he slaughtered the SWAT team like they were cattle. He believes that the senior officials of the local police are under Millennium's control. The people who go against him may be innocent humans, but he's ready to kill them without the slightest hint of regret. He's ready to battle, but he needs his master's orders first. This is all down to her.
Integra smokes a cigar and then yells that he won't dare question her resolve -she's already given him his orders, and they were to search and destroy! Any resistance he encounters is to be crushed, as Hellsing doesn't run from its enemies. He is to leave nothing but blood stains in his wake. Alucard laughs and says this is excellent news, she still knows how to inspire his passion.
Another SWAT team is waiting outside the penthouse suite. Before they can move in, Alucard opens the door and heads out, with his guns ready. He walks past some of the team, who start firing at him.
Alucard avoids their shots and starts to slaughter them. Word reaches the command tent about what's going on. And at another place, the leader of Millennium is also watching. He knows that Alucard isn't even close to being finished yet. He also doesn't care about how many policemen he kills, as it's like sprinkling water onto a raging fire. To make things more interesting, he orders for Tubalcain Alhambra to attack.
The SWAT teams start to retreat, but Alucard heads towards them. As they pile into the elevator, they think they're safe, until one of their own starts repeatedly pressing the door open/close button. They can't stop him from doing it as he's under Alucard's control.
So they instead shoot him and then toss him out, where Alucard finishes him off. The doors don't close in time as Alucard uses his guns to prize them open. He tells the soldiers they've done some good work, but now it's good night.
Alucard uses the elevator to get to the lobby, where he senses another SWAT team next to him. Outside, everyone is suddenly alarmed when several SWAT members are sent crashing through the windows, going high up into the air...until they fall back down and are impaled.
Millennium's leader thinks that this is a beautiful spectacle. He's really missed going to war, and as he looks at Alucard, he says this is what he wants. A creature who lives between life and death. He looks just as lively as on the first day he saw him, and he truly is inhuman.
Alucard has walked outside, where Tubalcain enters the scene. He introduces himself and says he's also know as "The Dandy". Alucard asks if those poor souls he killed belonged to him, but he says that their superiors were fools. It truly is amazing what some people will do for the promise of immortality. Alucard says he's taking advantage of idiots, as they both know there is no such thing as immortality. Dandy says he shouldn't be so cruel, as they still serve their purpose. But to cut to the chase, he's here to destroy Alucard. Millennium has tasked him with bringing him in, or at least a sample of him. Lots of playing cards surround Dandy.
They then surround Alucard and explode, but he moves back. His face has been cut, and he says that as there is no reasoning with Millennium, he'll keep killing them until there are no more of them left. Didn't his masters learn anything from the first time he decimated them? Dandy starts throwing more cards.
Alucard starts leaping around, and the cards start hitting the police and news reporters, blowing them up or slicing them apart. Alucard starts firing back as Dandy avoids his shots, resulting in more policemen getting killed.
The two run away from the crowd, but Alucard catches up with Dandy and starts fires a shot that goes through his neck. He seems to be down until his body disintegrates into cards...
...and then suddenly Alucard gets blown up and falls over. Dandy has survived and uses a card bomb technique on Alucard. Alucard survives and lands onto the wall of the hotel. He starts to move upwards.
Dandy says Alucard the vampire is a disappointment, and also lands on the wall. He casually walks up it. Meanwhile, the police officials are getting worried -if something happens to Tubalcain, they won't get what's coming to them. However they don't get any more time to worry about that, as a policeman enters the tent, and then starts shooting them all with a silenced pistol!
Pip has disguised himself, and after killing everyone in the tent, he leaves and detonates an explosive, causing a distraction. He takes his mask off and decides he'd better find a helicopter. Back at the fight, Alucard sees that the playing cards Dandy has are quite special, as he can't seem to stop the wounds they've given him from bleeding. This Dandy man is quite amusing.
Dandy appears and asks if Alucard is ready to go another round, he's sure there is a special place waiting for him in the pits of hell. Alucard just laughs and says he's pleased, as the world would be so boring without idiots like him to amuse him. Millennium has been revived...and Dandy reminds him of that little Major and his freak-show. But now it's time to play, and he wants to hear Tubalcain squeal like a pig. Tubalcain thinks he's gone soft in the head and starts throwing more cards, but Alucard starts to use his more powerful techniques.
Tubalcain then has another problem, as Seras has gone up to the roof and starts firing on him. She uses an assault rifle until she runs out of bullets, but quickly switches to the Harkonnen and takes a shot with it.
Using one of his cards, Tubalcain slices the shell into two pieces, and it explodes behind him. Alucard then appears in the smoke, and as Tubalcain starts throwing more cards, Alucard changes form. This scares Tubalcain, but he senses that his opponent is behind him. He spins around and tries to throw another card, but Alucard grabs his arm and then kicks his leg so hard it snaps.
Alucard says he wants to hear it -so squeal! He goes to strike him as he tries to throw another card. But as Alucard's hand strikes his, his arm gets sliced into two pieces. Alucard grabs his head and tells him that he's obliged to give him a thorough interrogation. He's going to tell him everything he knows.
Or at least, his blood will. As Alucard bites down, he quickly learns of Millennium, and it is led by the Major. He learns that they want a war.
Tubalcain then explodes into blue flames. Seras runs over and sees what's going on, but finds her master just clapping.
A helicopter then appears, as Pip has found away to get them out of there -although he's had to "borrow" a news reporter chopper. Alucard says they ruin the countries they govern, along with the people in their care. They slaughter their enemies and sacrifice their allies. They'll keep killing until there is nothing left but to destroy themselves. It'll never be enough as they are incorrigible warmongers -aren't they, Major?
Up in his blimp, the Major laughs and comments on the fate of poor Dandy. Their opponent is quite impressive, and stronger than any of them thought. Doc, one of Millennium's scientists, apologizes, as it seems he still has much work to do to make something that can fight Alucard. The Major tells him not to be ridiculous. They've learnt a lot here today, and 50 years of hard work are about to pay off. But for now, they will return home as quickly as possible. He doesn't care how many people stand in his way, anyone who does will be destroyed. Welcome to this crazy time!
NOTES
The ending scene is slightly different in the manga as it happens a little later on than it does in this episode.
The Major's sings the line "Welcome to this Crazy Time", this is a reference to the song Tough Boy, which is the intro song to Hokuto no Ken 2.
