Annet will start this level at a harbor, go right a little and you'll see a friendly dolphin. Jump onto the dolphin and he'll act as a platform to transport Annet across the sea. You need to stay on the dolphin as much as you can, if you get knocked off and touch the water, you'll take damage. You'll soon encounter some enemies who use hang gliders and will drop bombs on you. These are easy to blow up, and their bombs aren't too difficult to avoid either. After you deal with these, you'll then have to take on a massive jellyfish. It will block your path until you kill it, and it has quite a bit of health. You'll have to face three of these, one after the other.


After you've beaten the third jellyfish, the dolphin will take you to a ship, and the next part of the level will start. You'll now be inside the ship, and the first thing you'll see is a glowing orb. Collect this to receive the third magic spell: the wind cutter! After you've collected it, you'll come across a wall made of several blocks, each block has a red circle on it. Use a boomerang of spell to destroy these, hitting one block will set off a chain reaction that destroys the other blocks.


The ship has an awful amount of spikes in it, some of which are difficult to avoid. You'll need to use the dash a lot in this section to get past certain spikes without taking any damage. When you see two blue crystals, you'll need to dash across to collect them. Make your way through the ship and you'll find a new enemy: a bunch of tentacles with a eyeball on it. These are a bit stupid and won't attack you unless you get fairly close to them. They will shoot blue lasers at you.


Jump up a couple of platforms and then drop down to find a new hazard. You'll see a fuel pipe with an explosive on it, shoot the explosive to blow it up and destroy the pipe, allowing you to progress. There are two of these pipes here, once you've destroyed both of them, head down and go to the left. Before you have to drop down again, there are some items throughout the stage you can destroy with boomerangs or magic. Destroy them to gain some HP. Once you've dropped down, there will be another explosive, this time the pipe is connected to an oil barrel. Destroy it to blow up the barrel, clearing a path for you.


Move right and you'll find some blue jelly, move into it and you'll automatically be sent straight up. Jump out of the water and head to the right, you'll find a lot of boxes you can break open, there are a couple of medicine jars hidden inside them. Use the boxes or platforms to head up, and then head right, jumping over a few sets of spikes.


You'll then see another explosive, connected to a pipe that happens to be holding several spiked balls in place. What you need to do here is destroy the explosive, then dash across as quickly as you can, if you're fast enough you can run right across without the spike balls hitting you. You'll then see another pipe, but don't destroy the explosives on this one as you can run across it and avoid some spikes. Drop down and stay to the left, you'll avoid a couple of spikes that way.


Head left and you'll come across more spikes, jump carefully to avoid taking damage. You'll then have to drop down and will see a few platforms above a large set of spikes. You can run right across to the first platform, but you'll have to carefully dash across the others to get over the spikes. Drop down and you'll see some more explosives, destroy them and hold right whilst the chain reaction is happening to avoid being dropped into some spikes.


Drop down and head right. You'll have to make some precise jumps, from pillar to pillar, to get across. If you fall you'll have to destroy an explosive and then head back to the left to try again, but there are sets of spikes down there that you can't avoid taking damage from. Once you've made it, head up one set of steps and then down another set. Keep going right and you'll see another spike ball, move directly under it and throw a boomerang out to destroy the boxes that are stopping you from moving forward.


Keep going right and you'll find even more spikes to avoid, try doing a low jump to get past the set you see to move on faster. When you see a bunch of canisters all together, you'll have to use them to move upwards. There is then another section where you need to destroy the explosives to remove the pipes. There are a few of these to take out, as you blow them up you'll get to move up higher into the ship.


Once you get to the top you'll have to run through a couple of corridors before dropping down and seeing a load of breakable boxes. Get to the bottom of these to see an explosive you can blow up, clearing away the pipe that was in the way. Head back up and to the right, and you'll see another wall of explosives. Destroy this and then drop down and stay to the middle, to avoid some spikes.


Head left and use a boomerang to set off another explosive chain reaction, you'll also have to break some more boxes to be able to go and further. Drop down and head right, use the wind cutter to break some boxes and make some HP items accessible. Once you've got these head all the way to the right and jump up, you'll then have to go left and move up another set of steps.


Once you reach the top of the step, jump up and to the right. As you run across you'll see a couple of HP items that you can't reach, but if you cast the water current spell so the current falls down the gaps, you can collect these. Once you've got these items, head to the right and drop down. You'll fall next to some blue jelly that will send Annet upwards. Move slowly to the left and avoid the jelly above you, as touching this can send you back upwards and you'll have to repeat part of the level.


Once you've got past the jelly you'll see some explosives that you need to set off in a certain order, once you've destroyed all of the pipes here use the thin jelly strip to move up, then drop down and head right. You'll arrive in the boss room, but where is the boss?


Head over the right to find the boss, which is a large sphere. It hangs around at the right side of the screen and only has one attack: an electric bolt which lasts for a few seconds, and can do quite a bit of damage. There are two ways of dealing with this boss. The first is to simply run in, land a few hits with boomerangs and magic spells, then dash all the way to the left of the screen and wait until the boss finishes its attack. The other tactic, which is only good if you've got the HP to spare, is to just move right up to the boss and attack it as much as possible, letting it hit you in exchange for defeating it a lot faster. The wind cutter spell does a lot of damage to this boss. Once the boss has been beaten, it explodes. Annet then gets off the ship and confronts Al Capone again:

The jellyfish sprite is actually a small sprite blown-up to gigantic proportions for goodness knows what reason other than making it easier for the Mega Drive to cope with without slow-down (I guess).
