"Annet and I were able to enjoy a brief respite as we took a plane to the Gobi Desert. We were under the surveillance of Capone's men, however. Zig bought us time and helped us escape, but it seems he was captured himself in the process. In either event, he didn't show up...too bad, as he appeared to know a lot about the secrets of the Necronomicon. He's a mysterious fellow, but for now, he isn't our enemy. It may well be that Zigs and Annet, these humans with extraordinary powers, hold the key to solving this entire puzzle."

It's best to take this level slowly, it's not too long but there are a lot of enemies that can take you out quickly if you try and rush. The biggest threat and the giant, purple worms which fly across the screen, sometimes they'll move slowly, but some of them are really fast. Stay low and whip them, they take around 5 hits. Keep heading right and avoid waiting around on the rocks for too long. Other enemies in this level include some blue insects which will jump at you.

Another enemy is this large, green bug, which really doesn't do much other than slowly move around. You can avoid them with a well timed jump, otherwise just kill them. You'll also encounter some plant like creature which fires green projectiles everywhere -the projectiles don't do much damage, but touching the plant can sap all of your health in an instant. They take a long time to kill so just try and avoid them. Carry on to the right, you'll encounter one last group of blue insects and another green bug. After those have been deal with, head towards the wall to end the level.
