All of the above are taken from the instruction manual. Ácido Cinza translated the names of some of the moves and magic attacks for me, even things like the moves in Annet's sword combo have gotten fancy names -you can read what they are in the gameplay section, along with descriptions of the magic attacks.

The game's story page has been translated into English by popfan95b:

The wind won't stop blowing...
No matter what time, no matter which place.
For the Fortune - in accordance with the good luck.
For the Deadend - heading for the ominous cul-de-sac.
The people unaware of the way of receiving,
their very bodies are cursed to never grasp fortune.
The people unaware of the way of resisting,
they will simply cower and wait as the wicked storm passes through them.
That is all there is about winds and humans.
Time passes, but the maiden has learned the art of controlling the wind.
The wind still won't stop blowing...
For the Europe - heading for the Old World, shrouded in a white mist.
The wind yearns more and more for destruction and genocide.
Have the former heroes chosen the wrong birth land by mistake...?
The maiden with the wind, and the dark God-
in this magic battle's carnival, neither will receive the honor of God as a spectator...!

The page with chibi Annet on it contains the lyrics to the game's intro song (which has the same title as the game itself: Annet Futatabi). If you want a translation for that, see the intro page.
