Villains!!
Listen to the Blues of Hell!!

In the ruins of a city, a young boy walks down a road. He thinks he will find a way to save everyone, but the sun has caused him to lose his sight. He doesn't realize that the road he is walking down has fallen apart, and he ends up falling.

However, Kenshiro catches him just in time, and gives him a bottle of water. Kenshiro doesn't say anything to him, but walks off. The boy thinks he must be God.

Later on, Kenshiro, Bat and Lin are in a bar. Two men come in, and realize the guy they're after is there. One of them rips off part of Kenshiro's shirt, revealing some of his seven scars. One of the men goes to kill him...

...but Kenshiro effortlessly punches him into a wall. The other guy is about to try and attack, but someone calls out to him, and tells him to stop.

That someone is Jackal, who tells him he's making a racket. He's trying to have a bath, and calls the guy over to him. He tells him not to fight a battle he can't win. The man tells him that Lord King has put a price on Kenshiro's head. Jackal reminds him what he's said before -if you want to live a long life, don't fight guys who're stronger than you. He decides the two of them don't deserve to work for him, and bashes their heads together so hard that it kills them.

As everyone in the bar goes back to their business, the boy Kenshiro saved earlier walks in. He asks Kenshiro to save his village, save his auntie and save everyone. Bat recognizes that the boy is Taki, and sees that there is something wrong with his eyes. Taki cries when he realizes Bat is there, and says his eye problem was caused by him walking so far through a desert -the sun made him go blind, although he can still see a little.

Kenshiro walks over to him and hits his joh kai pressure point. He tells Taki that he should be able to see soon. Taki's vision soon returns to him, and Bat asks him why he came all the way out here. Taki tells him the well in the village dried up. It caused all of the other adults in the village to abandon it, but their auntie is still trying to dig a new well on her own. Bat is surprised that old bag is still trying to make it by herself. Taki says he knows she'll do it, but she needs help, which is why he went looking.

Kenshiro asks Taki where his village is. What nobody realizes is that Jackal has been listening in on the entire conversation. He quickly goes and gets his gang, the Warriors, together.

He tells them that they've found an oasis, and points to Bat's car, which is on the move. He tells everyone to move out. Later on, Kenshiro's group arrive at the village.

Bat thinks it's in an even worse state than it used to be. Kenshiro narrowly avoids having his head blown off, as someone shoots at him. Toyo, who is the auntie Taki mentioned, appears, and asks who the hell they are. Taki exclaims he's returned, and Bat has also come back.

As Bat goes to greet Toyo, she thinks a little punk like him has some nerve to show his face around here. The other kids are all happy to see him however, and say they've missed him. Toyo welcomes Kenshiro and Lin to her home, and invites them in.

Everyone goes inside, and Toyo gives everyone some water. Taki isn't sure whether to drink his, but Toyo tells him it's alright. She says that if they find water, people will come back. It'll make this place a happy village, like it used to be, which is why she's not going to give up in digging a new well. Bat doesn't think she'll find water -didn't that geologist who came here before say so? He'd said that it would be impossible to dig a well in such thick, solid rock.

Toyo is still determined to succeed. She tells Kenshiro that the kids she looks after are either those whose parents have been killed, or have been abandoned. They're all her children now.

Bat says he sure never thought of himself as her kid, to which she says like she'd ever consider a rotten little kid like him to be her child. As Bat walks off, Toyo says that foolish children like Bat are that much dearer to him. Later on, Lin and a couple of the other kids wake Ken up. They say that Bat and Taki are gone, and have left to try and steal some water back from some bad guys.

At another well, Bat and Taki are filling up some canisters with water. Taki sees a guard in the distance, who is walking towards them. He tells Bat.

Bat decides to leave, so he and Taki get into the car, and drive off. The guard sees them go, but they're already some distance away, and have the water with them. But two other guards are waiting on a cliff, and ride down on their bikes.

Bat panics and ends up swerving, causing the car to roll onto its side. He and Taki grab the water cans and run for it, but the two guards chase after them. Taki falls down and is about to be clubbed to death...

...but Kenshiro appears, and hits one of the guard's pressure points. His head swells up and explodes, and the other guard realizes Kenshiro must be the man with seven scars. Kenshiro tells him fighting is useless, but the guard goes on the attack.

Kenshiro hits a pressure point on him, destroying him. Taki asks Kenshiro not to be mad at Bat, but Ken says he understands.

The next morning, Kenshiro jumps down the well Toyo had been working on. Bat wonders if Ken is really going to dig into solid rock with his bare hands. Kenshiro feels the ground, and says for the sake of some water, even young children are risking their lives... what hellish times they live in.

He then punches the rock, causing it to crack apart. Streams of water erupt and burst out, and Kenshiro jumps back up. Everyone is delighted with the result.

Unfortunately this also includes Jackal, who has been using a pair of binoculars to spy on them. He tells his gang that it looks like they've struck water. One gang member suggests they go and get the water now, but he says not to be hasty -the man with seven scars is still there. He was the man who crushed God's Army, and also killed Dragon. However three of his men say that Lord King will pay them a huge bounty if they kill the man with seven scars. They drive off, but Jackal calls them idiots.

The three arrive in the village, and tell the North Star man that they've come for his life. One of them throws an axe at him, but he catches it, and throws it back.

It lands at their feet, and he tells them to leave -they're no match for him. They decide they'd rather not, and charge towards him. Kenshiro starts hitting some pressure points on each of them:

HOKUTO SHU MUJIDAN!!

(North Star Finger Shot of Emptiness!!)

The three are reduced to dopey states, not understanding what just happened. Jackal has been watching, and tells his other men that that's the North Star divine fist. They need to wait for their chance. Meanwhile, Kenshiro picks up the three he just defeated, and throws them out of the village.

He tells them he's erased their memory of the last few days. As he turns back towards the village, he sees a vision of Yuria, who says his name. A vision of Shin also appears, who laughs at him. Shin says that he just have to give a single order, and hundreds, or thousands, of mighty men will attack Kenshiro for him.

As Kenshiro thinks about this, he believes if he continues to stay here, there will be no end of enemies who will attack the village. He decides not to go back, and walks away. In the village, Lin seems to sense something is wrong with Ken, and starts to run after him. Bat is annoyed, as just when he thought they'd got all the water they could need, they have to leave again. He gets in the car, and goes after Lin.

Nearby, Jackal watches as Bat and Lin drive after Kenshiro. He says the obstacle has gone, as from that far away, Kenshiro won't be able to hear those kids calling for help. He and his gang attack the village, and quickly take over.

The Warriors start taking the water, and using it as they please. Jackal says from now on, they'll make this their base. They won't need to drink rain water anymore! Nearby, Toyo takes aim at Jackal. She believes that if she kills the leader, she may be able to chase the others off.

Kenshiro hears a gunshot, just as Bat and Lin arrive. Bat thinks he was really cold, just leaving them behind. Back in the village, Toyo's shot has grazed Jackal's head, but not killed him. She tells him and his gang they can't have the water, so they should get out of here.

Jackal stands up and tells her to just try and shoot her. She says she'll fire through his heart, but he reveals he has dynamite strapped all over his body. He tells her if she shoots, she'll blow herself up, along with all of the kids. He takes her gun and beats her with it a couple of times. The kids try to attack, but are easily dealt with by the gang. Jackal tells Toyo to watch, as he has each of these kids killed right before her.

One of the gang hangs Taki upside down. Toyo begs for them to stop, but gets kicked down. Suddenly, a rope gets wrapped around the neck of the guy who's holding Taki. Kenshiro has returned.

Taki is dropped, but Bat catches him. The guy swears he wasn't really going to kill Taki, but Kenshiro says he can't hear a villain's cries for mercy. He tosses the guy up, and then his a pressure point on him.

His torso then explodes, killing him. Kenshiro tells Jackal that he's next, but Jackal tells him to hold it. He has no intention of taking Kenshiro on, as his gang don't fight hopeless battles. He asks Fox isn't that right? Nearby, Fox has two kids with him, and also has two sticks of dynamite. Fox tells Kenshiro that Jackal doesn't think the same way he does.

Jackal lights the dynamite sticks, and Fox places them on the kids. Jackal bids the man with seven scars farewell, as he and Fox ride off, followed by the rest of the gang. The kids panic and run off in separate directions.

Kenshiro is able to catch up to one of them, and tosses the dynamite aside. But he sees the other kid is too far away from him. However, Toyo catches up with her, and throws the dynamite up into the air. It explodes, and the blast hits her.

As the smoke clears, everyone checks on Toyo. The child she saved is alright, but she herself has been badly hurt. Bat tells her he was going to come back here, once he had made a success of himself. Toyo says she knew he would...

...she knows he is a kind boy inside. As Bat takes her hand, Toyo succumbs to her injuries. As he cries out, Kenshiro thinks that he will chase the Warriors to the ends of hell.
