No longer part of any gang, Hugo goes straight and instead of committing crimes, he joins up in a wrestling league. However, he is without a partner, which he needs so he can enter the tag team tournament. With Poison as his manager, Hugo competes in the Street Fighter tournament to try and find the perfect tag team partner.

Hugo is a powerhouse in the game, with him having many throws which do big damage to the opponent. The way that the super arts work in this game is that after picking a character, you then select a super art. (EX) indicates that a move has an EX version. EX moves are done by doing the motion then pressing 2 punch/kick buttons together.


MONSTER LARIAT
(QCF+K) (EX)

Hugo dashes forward and punches the opponent, sending them flying if they are hit by it.


GIANT PALM BOMBER
(QCB+P) (EX)

Hugo claps his hands together and hits the opponent.


ULTRA THROW
(HCB+K)

Hugo grabs the opponent with one arm and throws them. Follow this move up with a shoot down back breaker or monster lariat.


SHOOT DOWN BACK BREAKER
(DPM+K) (EX)

Hugo leaps up and if he grabs the opponent, proceeds to slam them. Use this move if you manage to use the ultra throw, or if the opponent jumps at you.


SOMERSAULT PRESS
(360°+P)

Hugo grabs the opponent and jumps upward into the air, and then uses the force of his entire body to crush them upon landing.


SUPER ART 1: GIGAS BREAKER
(360° twice, P)

Hugo's will try to grab the opponent, if he does it, he'll do 2 back breakers on them, and then finally finishing them off with a somersault press.


SUPER ART 2: MEGATON PRESS
(QCF, QCF+K)

Sort of an ultimate version of the shoot down back breaker, Hugo will leap up and, if he grabs the opponent, take them even higher into the air and then throw them to the ground, before landing on them. This is a great move to do after you use the ultra throw.


SUPER ART 3: HAMMER FRENZY
(QCF, QCF+P)

A large combo of various punching attacks, finished with a giant palm bomber.
