With Belger dead, Rolento regroups as many Mad Gear members as he possibly can. Vowing revenge against Mayor Mike Haggar, Rolento enters Metro City in an effort to take it over.

Like Guy, a few of Rolento's attacks are taken from his Street Fighter Alpha 2 appearance. However, he has new moves as well, including an extremely over the top super involving gunning down the opponent from in the safety of an assault helicopter!

PATRIOT CIRCLE
(QCF+P, P, P)

Rolento will dash forward and strike, keep pressing the punch buttons to do more hits.


MEKONG DELTA ESCAPE
(QCB+K)

Rolento leaps back then moves forward to strike at the opponent.


SKY DIVER
(DPM+P, then P or K)

Rolento will jump forward and when you press a punch or kick button, he will dive down to attack the opponent.


SUPER MOVE
OPERATION HELL SNIPER
(QCB, QCB+P)

If this move connects, you get to control Rolento's personal assault helicopter and must chase after the opponent whilst firing away the copter's chain gun.


SUPER MOVE
TAKE NO PRISONERS
(QCF, QCF+K)

Just like the Street Fighter Alpha version of this super, it has to be blocked low.
