They've only just saved her, but Jessica has gone missing again. Cody learns from Haggar that the Mad Gear have regrouped, and have taken Jessica hostage as they attack the city. He sets out to go and save her again, but by himself. Unfortunately for Cody, he is part of a much bigger plan that the Mad Gear member Poison has in store for him...

Cody's move set is fairly generic, but he's still the fighter of choice for the novice player, just like in the original Final Fight. He even gets a Fist of the North Star reference when he finishes off the opponent with his punch-out super: "You're already dead..."

SOMERSAULT KICK
(DPM+K)

A typical rip off of Guile's flash kick move. Great for hitting opponents who jump at you.


STRIKE FIST
(QCF+P)

Cody dashes forward slightly with this powerful punch.


RAPID PUNCH
(DPM+P)

Cody will do a series of quick punches. Use this move when close to the opponent to get the most hits.


SOBAT COMBO
(QCB+K, K, K)

This is a hurricane kick, keep pressing the kick button to do extra hits.


JUDO CATCH
(LP+SP+SPECIAL)

This will reverse any standing attack the opponent tries to hit Cody with.


SUPER MOVE
PUNCH-OUT
(QCF, QCF+P)

Cody will try to punch the opponent. If this connects, the camera will move behind Cody. Keep pressing the punch buttons rapidly to do more hits.


SUPER MOVE
CUSTOM COMBO
(HCB+P)

This will make Cody faster and able to hit the opponent more, think of it as Street Fighter Alpha 2's custom combos. You cannot block when you do this super.
