Starting off in the streets, the most basic Mad Gears will attack you, but most of them are extremely weak and should fall after being hit with just one combo. As you progress down the street, one of the bigger enemies will fight you, these sailor types can also block attacks. Move in and throw them instead. Continue on to fight more Mad Gears.

Once they've been defeated, you'll head up to the roof of a building. Several barrels will roll on, try to destroy them all to reveal some useful items. Head right to meet Andore, who's backed up by J. Watch out for Andore's charge attack, and use several throw moves to defeat him. Once the Mad Gears here have been beaten, you'll see a guy waiting, who'll run off as you approach him.

You'll try to follow him, only for the floor to break away. You'll fall down into the building, and get up to find Thrasher, who wants you to bow down before him. Say no to take some of his confidence, and his health, away.

He'll then ask you if you think he rules the streets, so answer no again to take off even more of his life. He'll then finally start fighting you. He has two attacks, one is where he bounces around the screen on his butt, trying to smash you. Move up or down to avoid this.

His other attack is more dangerous, where he'll slap you rapidly. You'll want to try and move into him from above or below, so you get grab him and get a throw in. Thrasher can move around the screen quickly, but most of the time you can easily hit him by using your character's jump attack over and over again. Keep either using jumping attacks or throws to defeat him.
