Move right to find the first members of the new Mad Gear: Schot and Mic. Take them down and you'll then find a few more basic punks, including Mark and Elijah. Once you see Chun Li, Jony will turn up. This guy is stronger than any of the other Mad Gears you've encountered so far, and he has a habit of grabbing you a lot. Try using a jumping attack to keep knocking him down.

Head right to find a barrel. It's a bit random to what you'll get when you break it in the game, and unfortunately there are cases where you might not get anything at all. There's also a new enemy here: Elias. He's armed with a stick and moves around quickly. Once you reach a door, be ready to find several more Mad Gears, who will mostly come on from the left.

Once they've been defeated, you'll smash down the door and enter a building. Inside are a lot more Mad Gears. Once you reach the wall, some more guys will come on. There's a box here you can break open.

You will then have to move down, as more Mad Gears come on, including Jony. Defeat them and then resume going right, there's another box to smash open here.

You'll come up to the exit, but some more Mad Gears will try to stop you from leaving, including a new guy: Elick. He can dash forward and shock you, so take him out first. You'll then walk back outside, and be at some docks. There's usually a health item if the single barrel you can see, then fight Mic and Atlas. Atlas fights just like Jony. Once you move a little further to the right, some more Mad Gears will come on, including a new one: Leon. This guy can leap around a lot, and attack you from the air. He's pretty annoying, so try taking him out first.

When you see two boxes, a number of Mad Gears will walk on, including an Eliot with a lot of health. But the main threat is Andore Jr, who'll make his first appearance here -watch out for his charge attack. Move on right to find Won Won, who'll be waiting for you on some crates. Once you move close enough, he'll jump down.

Won Won is very slow, but he does have a powerful swipe attack. His other main attack is his elbow drop. If he does this, he'll leap up very high into the air, and then try to drop down on you, so move out of the way before he lands. He'll also get lots of backup from some Mad Gear underlings, including Andore Jr. You may want to defeat all of the small fry before resuming fighting Won Won, as it makes it easier.

As he's so slow, Won Won is fairly easy to grab and throw around. Haggar's punches have good range, so you can use them against Won Won even if he's at a distance. If you want to play it safe, use jump attacks, but it'll take a while to defeat Won Won this way.
