To get these character achievements, just beat the game with the required character.
Haggar-ed

Final Fight: Complete all levels with Haggar.
Who's that Guy?

Final Fight: Complete all levels with Guy.
Locksmith
(25g) (Gold)
Unlock everything in the Vault.
You need to beat every challenges in both games (see the vault guide on what to do for the Final Fight related ones).
Final Fighters
(10g) (Bronze)
Final Fight: Complete all levels in co-op.
This can be done in either offline or online co-op, but you have to beat every level from start to finish. It doesn't have to be done in one playthrough however.
Tough Guy
(30g) (Silver)
Magic Sword: Complete all levels using less than 18 continues.
Sore Thumb
(10g) (Bronze)
Magic Sword: Complete all levels.
There are some shortcuts and hidden routes in the game to get to the later levels sooner -don't take any of these to get this achievement.
Anti Hero
(10g) (Bronze)
Magic Sword: Decide to take the Black Orb.
At the end of the game, you have a choice to take or destroy the black orb. Choose to take it to get this one, and destroy it to get the one below.

Magic Sword: Decide to destroy the Black Orb.
Ninja Skills
(30g) (Silver)
Magic Sword: Complete any level without being hit, and without using a Magic Attack.
This one is tricky, I suggest doing several playthroughs of the first level and trying to get this achievement there.
Save the World
(10g) (Bronze)
Magic Sword: Fight and kill Drokmar.
Drokmar is the last boss, kill him to unlock this.
