Shadow Dancer: The Secret of Shinobi was originally available for the Genesis/Mega Drive, but has also been released on a few other systems since.

MEGA-TECH

Mega-Tech was an arcade system which had a variety of Genesis games to choose from on each unit. Shadow Dancer was one of the games available for it. I've never played this version, but I don't think there are any changes to it, apart from possibly the timer -Mega-Tech games would let you play for a certain amount of time, then you'd have to insert more coins to by more time.

PC

The PC version was released in 2010, and is available on Steam.

PLAYSTATION 2

Shadow Dancer was included on the SEGA Genesis Collection, released in 2006. However, when the collection was released in Europe -under the title of SEGA Mega Drive Collection -Shadow Dancer was gone. This is apparently because the game is still on the list of "youth-endangering media" in Germany. So rather than apply to have it removed, or replace Shadow Dancer with another game, SEGA just removed Shadow Dancer completely.

PLAYSTATION PORTABLE

The SEGA Genesis Collection was also released for the PSP in 2006. The European version also removes Shadow Dancer.

WII

The Wii version is available to download for the Virtual Console, and it costs 800 points. Unlike with the previous game, no changes were made to Shadow Dancer.
