Different title screens.

The character select screen was changed for Super Turbo, and looks more like the one in Hyper Fighting. The background, world map and music for it were changed. Plus now is a good a time as any to mention that every character had a new costume color for the jab punch button.

The VS. screen was changed.

The energy bars were altered so damage was transparent red, rather than solid red. Super combo gauges were added at the bottom of the screen, and pictures of your character were placed next to the energy bars. And of course, matches now played a lot faster in Super Turbo than they did in the previous game. Every character was given a super combo move, and some got new special moves and normal attacks -see the character page for more info on who got what.

The victory screen was also changed.

Part of Dhalsim's ending has brand new art. The woman is Sari, who is Dhalsim's wife. This was her first ever appearance in the series.
