Balrog has one new special move, but his major changes are with his normal punches -many of which have been changed for Super Street Fighter II.

A dashing straight punch.
DASH PUNCH HIGH
(B (charge) F+K)
This version of the dash punch is great for hitting opponents that jump at you.
(Hold all 3 punch or kick buttons, then release)
The longer you hold down the buttons, the more damage it does.
(D (charge) U+P)
Balrog does a jumping shoulder charge which can hit jumping opponents out of the sky.
STRONG & FIERCE PUNCH
Balrog grabs the opponent and starts to headbutt them, mash the buttons to do more hits and damage.
NEUTRAL JUMPING JAB PUNCH, SHORT KICK AND FORWARD KICK, JUMPING FORWARD/BACKWARD SHORT AND FORWARD KICKS
Balrog now does a punch which he aims diagonally down.
