Cyber-Akuma
What If? Apocalypse captured Akuma and experimented on him. He would create Cyber-Akuma, a far more powerful version of the character. He has all of Akuma's moves, but they all look much more flashy and do more damage, he's faster and he also has some other crazy things such as being able to do his shun goku satsu in the air! You cannot play as this character in the arcade version without hacking it, but he is playable in the console ports. He is known as Mech-Gouki in Japan.

MECH GOU HADOU
(QCF+P)
A large fireball.
The air version of this move has Cyber-Akuma throw two fireballs in a downwards diagonal direction towards the opponent.
MECH GOU SHORYU
(F, D, DF+P)
A vertical uppercut that is devastating when done right next to the opponent. The fierce punch version sets the opponent on fire.
MECH TATSU MAKI ZANKU KYAKU
(QCB+K, air also)
Cyber-Akuma's hurricane kick electrocutes the opponent.
MECH TENMA KUJIN KYAKU
(QCF+K, air only)
This diving kick can do multiple hits.
MECH ASHURA SENKUU
(R, D, DF + PPP or KKK) (B, D, DB +PPP or KKK)
Cyber-Akuma will teleport to either side of the screen. The forwards motion will have him warp forwards, backwards motion will make him go back. Using the punch buttons makes him travel further.

Cyber-Akuma will teleport forward very quickly, if he grabs the opponent he will do an off-screen combo that consists of 24 hits.
