Akuma

The master of the fists hasn't gained any new moves for this game, and his shun goku satsu can now only be done when the hyper combo gauge is at level 3. His dragon punch and hurricane are more visually spectacular than in the last game, at least. In the Japanese version of the game, Akuma is called Gouki.

GOU HADOUKEN
(QCF+P, air also)

A large fireball.


The air version of this move has Akuma throw a fireball in a downwards diagonal direction towards the opponent.


GOU SHORYU
(F, D, DF+P)

A vertical uppercut that is devastating when done right next to the opponent.


TATSU MAKI ZANKU KYAKU
(QCB+K, air also)

Akuma's hurricane kick electrocutes the opponent.


TENMA KUJIN KYAKU
(QCF+K, air only)

This diving kick can do multiple hits.


ASHURA SENKUU
(R, D, DF + PPP or KKK) (B, D, DB +PPP or KKK)

Akuma will teleport to either side of the screen. The forwards motion will have him warp forwards, backwards motion will make him go back. Using the punch buttons makes him travel further.


HYPER COMBO
MESSATSU GOU SHORYU
(QCF+PP)

Akuma will do three of his dragon punches in a row.

An energy beam projectile.

Like his normal air fireball, only this time Akuma will throw lots of them out.

(JP, JP, F, SK, FP)

Akuma will teleport forward slowly, if he grabs the opponent he will do an off-screen combo that consists of 15 hits.
