You start this level off in Fessenden's bio lab. Human and monster enemies will attack you here, some of the chambers holding monsters will burst open and the escaping creature will attack. At one point, you'll have to fight Tyrog again, this one has the imaginative name of "Tyrog 2". It has the same attacks as the blue form of the original, but is weaker and you only have to beat it once to defeat it.

After you clear the bio lab your character will discover a man hole and jump down. In this section you can either stay on land or go into the water, I'd suggest you go into the water as the flame thrower blasts which come out of the wall can't hit you there.

Enemies can be damaged by the flames though so try and get them to walk into the fire. You can also destroy the flame throwers by attacking them, if you wish. The enemies here include the fat chargers and the guys with rifles.

You will eventually drop down into a cave. The cave has the usual enemies, but you can at least get an Uzi to take them out. Keep running right and you'll go down a couple of slopes, watch out for dropping barrels and try to destroy them for some items.

On one slope there are some pterodactyls you can take out (they can usually only be hit with jumping attacks and only take a couple of hits each) and then when the land becomes flat again, there will be some strong enemies in wait. A couple of the guys with maces will appear along with weaker versions of the first level's boss.

The last wave of enemies will be a group of the guys with rifles, defeat them and your character will automatically walk to the right...

...where Fessenden awaits you. He transforms himself into a mutant dinosaur, but you've actually fought this type of creature before -it was the boss of the fifth level.

Fessenden has all of the attacks Morgue had, and he especially likes to use his dashing headbutt move. Once this form has been defeated, the fight is far from over as Fessenden has another trick card to play and he'll mutate himself one more time.

This three headed monster is the true final boss. His main form of offense is when he tries to slash you with his claws at close range and he is very good at taking hits -your standard combo or dashing attacks will often fail to knock Fessenden down so you need to get in, do a couple of quick hits, then get back.

Fessenden can also throw several fireballs at you, which is one of his most damaging moves so be ready to run if you see one of the dinosaur heads move up suddenly. The boss also has a throw move where one of the dino heads bites you before tossing you away. There are barely any other enemies to fight in this section -sometimes the guys with knives will run on and throw their weapons at you before running away -but apart from them you've only got the boss to concentrate on. Keep at him and eventually he'll finally be defeated for good.
