With Chun Li rendered helpless by a sinister love potion, Ken is pitted against Vega, in a death match combat. Faced with Vega's razor sharp claws, it is a battle Ken seems destined to lose. Meanwhile, Ryu works to perfect his control of hadou ken, and finally summons it on command. But Ken must fight alone, and now uses his ultimate fighting move: the sho ryu ken.

At the beach, Ryu creates a hadou ken, and throws it out. It smashes through an ocean wave. But he collapses seconds later.

He tries to get up, but collapses once more. He tells Ken he did it -he has the ability to summon the hadou ken whenever he wants now.

At the castle, Vega tells Ken he made excellent sport for him, but now he must die. Ken tells him to come down here and try, he'll finish him with one punch! Vega drops down.

Ken leaps up, and goes to perform the sho ryu ken technique.Vega stabs into Ken's chest, but Ken is still able to use the sho ryu ken.

Vega is struck in the face, and sent flying upwards. He crashes into the chandelier.

Ken drops back down and hits the ground. This seems to have some effect on Chun Li, as she begins to cry after noticing Ken. Meanwhile, Vega is stuck in the chandelier.

Some of Vega's blood hits Ken's face, waking him up. He realizes he's beaten Vega, and starts to get up. He looks at Chun Li, and tells her she's safe now. This wakes Chun Li up from her trance, and she stands up.

She runs over to the cage, and is given a key to get in. As she sees to Ken, she tells him not to die on her. He says he'll be alright, now that she's safe from Vega.

However, Vega regains consciousness. He says Ken will die, and frees himself. He goes into a dive, and takes aim at Ken, but as he falls, he passes out. Ken notices this, and pushes Chun Li back.

Ken thinks that Vega is one in a million -he's unconscious, but still he attacks... doesn't he understand the meaning of the word "defeat"? Ken dashes forward and catches Vega, saving him. Ken asks when will Vega will ever get off his back?

Bison says he's impressed, and starts clapping. The rest of the audience also applaud Ken, as Bison says that Ken has style -he likes him. He decides he wants Ken brought to his villa as a guest, and tells Zoltar to get the doctors.

Zoltar has some doctors come in and take Ken and Vega away from the room. Bison then asks about Dorai, and Zoltar says Balrog has arranged for an assassin to do the job, one they've used before. Balrog has gone to the airport to pick her up, and brief her on the details. Bison wants Dorai killed as soon as possible, as his plans are near completion. In the end, the world will belong to him, and he'll simply crush Interpol beneath his boot. He then starts laughing.

At the airport, Balrog is waiting. He starts looking through the file he has on the assassin he's hiring: Cammy White. Cammy arrives in Barcelona, and steps outside.

She sees Balrog's car, and gets into it. As they drive off, Balrog tosses her his ID, and introduces himself as her contact for this assignment, and someone who's with Interpol. Cammy looks at his ID, then throws it back.

Balrog looks at her file, and says she was formerly an agent of MI-6, British Intelligence. She was specially trained as an anti-terrorist assassin, some say the deadliest that Britain has ever produced. But then she went solo, leaving MI-6 for a life as a high paid assassin for hire. Cammy tells him to skip the trip down memory lane, and wants to know who he wants killed. He passes her a picture of Dorai.

Balrog says Dorai won't be an easy target. He's a cop, the best in Hong Kong, who is heading up a special investigation that Interpol has been working on. Cammy says Dorai should be his colleague, and Balrog says he's supposed to be. Dorai is the captain of a Hong Kong vice squad, but it turns out for every drug syndicate he's busted, he's secretly set up a new one in its place, with himself as boss. His position puts him above suspicion. They didn't learn about this until after they brought him into their confidence as an agent, now he's involved in a very delicate operation that they've spent years developing.

Balrog stops the car near some docks. He says if they arrest Dorai, he'll simply expose their other operatives, and all their efforts will be wasted. They head of Interpol has personally authorized Cammy's mission, and if Dorai turns up dead, nobody would be surprised. But it has to be a secret, as if anyone suspects their leader... Cammy tells him not to worry. She's not in the business of advertising her employers, or her assignments. She think it'd be better if he hadn't told her the details. Balrog asks better for who, and says says both of them. She says she's good at what she does, as Dorai is about to find out.

At another hotel, Dorai is looking into Shadowlaw, unaware that he is being targeted by them. At the beach, Ryu gets up, and says he managed to fire off the hadou ken at will. But doing so still knocked him out, so he wants to improve his control.

He goes into a stance, and says he'll try it one more time. As he's doing this, he hasn't noticed that a truck has pulled up, and a Shadowlaw agent observes what he's doing.

Back at the castle, the doctors suddenly split up -one group takes Vega one way, whilst the other group takes Ken in the opposite direction. Chun Li goes with Ken, and asks the doctor why they are being separated. The doctors don't respond, but instead open a door. They enter it, and Chun Li follows them in. The doors then shut. Chun Li says they can't treat Ken in this room, and asks what's going on.

Some bright lights then get turned on. Ken gets up, and asks Chun Li if she's alright. She tells him not to move, as he's hurt, but then one of the doctors suddenly grabs her and drags her back.

The other doctor injects Ken with something, making him pass out. Chun Li is released, and goes to Ken. She wants to know what the doctor did to Ken, but then Bison enters the room with Zoltar. The doctors leave.

She asks Bison if he's the one behind this. He says it's a delight to meet her, and introduces himself. He says he's the one behind tonight's battle, as well as many other things she'll become aware of. She asks him to do something to help her friend, as he's lost a lot of blood. She wants him to take Ken to a hospital, but Bison says he has other plans. Mr. Masters will receive all the medical care he needs from his people. Chun Li asks what he's talking about, but he calls her a lovely young woman. He says it's easy to see why Vega was so taken with her.

He walks towards her, and she backs up to a wall. He tells her that it's impossible to resist him, and she'd be wise to submit to his wishes. Chun Li asks what he's planning to do, and he says he simply wants to keep her as a very special guest. He tells her to take his hand, but she responds by jump kicking him.

However, Bison doesn't seem that bothered about being hit, and tells her she's brave as well as beautiful -something he should have expected from the daughter of detective Dorai. Chun Li asks if he knows her father, but he says he's never met him -and he suspects he never will. Chun Li believes Bison must be the head of that big organization behind all the smuggling, the one her dad is investigating. If they've hurt her father, she swears they'll regret it! She tries to attack again, but Bison blocks her kick with one hand.

He then slaps her down, and says such violent behavior ill-befits a woman of her beauty, yet in a way it makes her all the more attractive. As he's saying this, Zoltar is filming everything.

Bison asks Chun Li what her father would think of her if she saw her like this -would she think she was a tramp? Chun Li gets up and goes another kick...

...but Bison gets out of the way, and then grabs part of her dress, ripping it. He asks her what it'll take to get her to listen to reason.

He tells her he'd said it was impossible to resist him, and tells her that now, she shall submit to his wishes. As Chun Li cowers, Bison laughs.

Chun Li's cries for help begin to cut through the fog of Ken's unconsciousness, even as Bison attacks her with his psycho power. Meanwhile, Dorai becomes the target of the beautiful assassin, Cammy, her crucifix slicing through the darkness. Will father and daughter survive these duel threats to their lives?
