In Shadaloo, people are minding their own business when they see several tanks roaming the streets. Most people flee, but two kids, Kip and Lin, think they're awesome. Kip thinks Sagat must be going off to nail someone, and wants to watch. Lin warns him his parents will ground him if he doesn't go back, but Kip thinks he has time to watch the tanks for a couple of minutes.

They use their skateboards to follow the tanks. Kip thinks the tanks are going for the big freighter he saw heading to the dock yesterday, whilst Lin thinks they're going to the airport, as he saw a bunch of cargo jets just sitting there. Kip thinks Sagat is so boss, and if he was in charge of Shadaloo like he is, he'd do everything like he does -except he'd use more tanks. They keep following the tanks, and Kip says the tanks aren't heading to the airport, as they're heading the wrong way. But Lin points out the dock is over there, so the tanks aren't heading to the dock either.

They watch the tanks suddenly change direction, and crash right through a building. Kip is dismayed when he realizes the only thing the tanks could be heading towards is the embassy. He tells Lin to get out of here now, whilst he heads towards the embassy. He reaches the top of a hill, and sees that the tanks are all lined up outside, and several men are trying to take down the fence.

Sagat arrives, and orders his driver to get out of their vehicle. She does and Sagat also gets out, and uses a remote control to send the jeep straight into the fence. It explodes, but even this isn't enough to do the fence any damage.

Kip opens up a hidden cover, which reveals a ladder leading to the embassy's ventilation system. He uses the vents to get to his room, and then runs out to see everyone else trying to call for help or trying to fortify the embassy.

Meanwhile Escher summons Guile, and tells him that they need to get the embassy staff out now. Guile quickly gets his team -consisting of just himself, Blanka and Chun-Li -together. He tells them they'll sweep the embassy and get everybody out via helicopters. They only have about four minutes to pull this off once they land, and anyone who gets left behind gets left for good.

A little later, the embassy staff are still busy gathering files and shredding documents, when they hear the sound of helicopters. The Street Fighters have arrived, and land on the embassy's roof. Guile tells Blanka to go to sector 1, whilst Chun-Li is to check sector 2.

Sagat has seen them land, and tells his forces to stop them. One of them fires a rocket, which destroys one of the helicopters. Guile hears the noise and tells everyone to wait here.

Three of Sagat's troops manage to get onto the roof, but Chun-Li uses her spinning bird kick to knock them back off. Guile and Blanka come back with most of the embassy staff, but Guile tells them everyone will now have to board the remaining two helicopters, and it's people only -dump everything else. The staff drop whatever files they had with them and board the helicopters. Kip enters one, but his mother tells him to wait here, whilst she goes and looks for his father. Kip worries the gate won't hold much longer, but she tells him she has to find his father, as he doesn't know he can't bring any files. As she runs off, Kip says he can get to the file room faster via the vents, and he jumps off the helicopter.

Kip's mom bumps into Guile, who tells her she's going the wrong way, but then her husband appears. He says he can't leave without the files on Sagat, but Guile tells him yes he can, and grabs his arms, making him drop the files he has. They head back to the roof and board the remaining two helicopters.

Kip's dad asks where their son is, but his wife tells him she put him on the other chopper herself. Guile uses a scanner and finds out that someone is still inside. He says he's going back down, and tells them in two minutes, they must leave -sooner if Sagat gets through the gates. Chun-Li says they won't leave without him and Blanka thinks surely they can have a few more minutes, but Guile tells them they've got their orders.

Guile heads back into the embassy and starts calling out to whoever is still in it. He eventually tracks down the source of the signal: Kip. When he opens the door, Kip thinks he's a bad guy and throws a bunch of storage devices at him, but Guile grabs him when he tries to run past.

Kip protests, yelling that he hasn't surrendered to him and he should put him down. Guile says he will, as soon as he's on the chopper. Meanwhile, Sagat's forces bash down the gate with one of the tanks, and start their attack. They blow up the entrance to the roof helipad, seconds before Guile and Kip would have reached it.

Some men then start to climb up to the helipad and start firing at the helicopters. Blanka decides they can't wait any longer, and has the helicopters take off. Back inside, Sagat's forces enter the building.

Guile takes a look and sees some men running around, but tells Kip they have a chopper waiting. Kip asks where it is, and Guile says it's gone. They see that the two helicopters are heading away from the embassy. They get out of the debris and head back inside, but Kip says they wouldn't have just left him here. Guile tells him if he hadn't decided to play hide and go seek back there, they'd both be on a chopper by now. Kip tells him how was he supposed to know he was a good guy -next time he should wear an ID badge or something.

Some of Sagat's men then break through a door. Kip wonders what they should do now and Guile tells him to put up a fight. Kip asks Guile him and what army? Guile tells him armies are for amateurs, prompting Kip to think he's loony. Sagat's men then start shooting at them, so they enter the nearest room.

Sagat's men open the door, but Guile throws out a triple barrage of sonic booms, taking them down.

Kip thinks the sonic boom is awesome and wants Guile to teach it to him, but Guile tells him not now, as they've got to get out of here. He opens a window and Kip asks him if he can get them down to the garage. Meanwhile, at the front door, Sagat enters the embassy. He tells his forces to rip this place apart, and whoever finds the embassy's files about himself will be a very wealthy man.

He then checks out the embassy's CCTV and wonders who says there's nothing worth watching on TV these days, as he sees Guile and Kip on the screen. He tells his troops to bring Guile to him, whoever does can name their reward. Outside, Guile and Kip reach a wall, but Kip pulls off one of the stones, revealing a hidden passageway. Guile asks him how he knows about this, but Kip says he was the one who made it.

Sagat's forces see them and start running towards them, but they are able to get out and head into the jungle. Guile says his plan B is to head over to an emergency evac point by the river. Kip isn't too pleased with this, as the location is on the other side of Shadaloo. He asks if they're supposed to get there via walking, and Guile says uh huh. Kip decides walking is good.

Meanwhile the helicopters have landed safely, but Kip's parents have realized that their son is still in Shadaloo. Diane tells them they are using all of the diplomatic channels at their disposal, but Kip's father tells her they were the diplomatic channels. Chun-Li asks Blanka if he's thinking what she's thinking. Blanka tells her to say hello to Ambassador Blanka. Meanwhile, Kip says he's starved.

Guile can only find grubs, worms and leaves, and says they aren't exactly near a drive-through. Kip says he and Lin suck down worms all the time, and whilst they're gross, you just don't chew. Guile declines his offer and instead gives him a candy bar, saying that it's better than worms any day. They then quickly take cover when they see some of Sagat's men in the distance. As the men walk by, they talk about how Sagat must really want Guile for him to offer such a reward. Guile tells Kip there's a price on his head, so they'll make them earn it.

He then tells him to freeze, as a large snake nearly takes a bite of him. Guile manages to grab the snake in time, and then tosses it towards two of Sagat's men. They panic and run off.

This lets Guile and Kip pass, and Guile says never waste a snake. Kip says he'll remember that. The two finally exchange names, having been calling each other mister and kid up until now. As they walk on, Kip explains he was born here, and Shadaloo is his home. Guile tells him this place is Sagat's own terror-ville, but Kip says not to blame him, he didn't vote for him. Guile tells him home is where your family is, if you're lucky enough to have one. He wants to get Kip back to his family, and they've got less than an hour to get to the backup evac point. Meanwhile, Escher tells Diane they have a new problem: he's found out that Sagat's forces have overrun the evac checkpoint.

He wants Diane to get him Blanka and Chun-Li, but she explains that they aren't here, as they checked out in their own helicopter an hour a go. She passes him the transportation log, and Escher says the evac point they are heading to doesn't exist any more. Back in Shadaloo, Guile and Kip arrive at the evac point, only to find that it has been set on fire.

Sagat's men see them and run towards them, but Kip says he knows a way out. Guile tells him to run whilst he holds them off, but Kip doesn't want to. Guile tells him again to go and he does, as he starts fighting Sagat's men. But he has to stop and surrender when one of them manages to catch Kip.

They are taken back to the embassy, where Sagat says he finds himself in need of a little entertainment. He has grand plans for Guile, and tells him to imagine a continuous street fight against all of those in Shadaloo who would love to challenge him, one after the other, endlessly. Guile says he could use a little exercise. Sagat tells him that's the clever, heroic reply, but if he has some information that could be traded -such as the file on him and his goings on, or the file on Bison... Guile says he'd prefer the exercise. Sagat says he's kept an eye on him, and he always manages to somehow interrupt Bison's big plans.

He needs such information, but Guile tells him that he's wasting his time. He's just a street fighting bum who got himself court marshaled. Sagat says he thinks he knows more than he's letting on. Guile doesn't respond, and Sagat is surprised he's now giving him the silent treatment. There are ways to loosen his tongue. He then has an idea, and decides to make Kip his "mascot". He has one of his men take Kip back to his room, where he can have a snack -would he like some cornflakes? Kip tells him he thought he was cool, now he thinks he's just a thug. Sagat laughs and says how he underestimates him.

Blanka and Chun-Li arrive at the evac point, only to find Sagat's men are there. They fight them off, but then wonder where Guile is. Meanwhile Kip takes off the vent cover in his room and heads through the vents, intending to reach the room where he can send out an S.O.S. signal.

Elsewhere, Guile is now in a ring, where he starts fighting opponents one after the other. He defeats his next challenger with a flash kick, making that his sixth win.

Sagat sees that Guile still isn't going to talk about the file, but decides it's no matter. He says that Guile will have to fight his next three opponents all at once, and has them enter the ring. Kip reaches the end of the vent and enters the communications room. Back in the ring, Guile throws out some sonic booms...

...as he takes down all three of his latest opponents. Sagat says Guile grows weak, but he's still not talking, and tells one of his men to go and bring him Kip. Outside, Chun-Li is running through the ruins of the evac point when she picks up a transmission in her earpiece. Kip is sending out an S.O.S., saying that it's an emergency and they are in the US embassy.

Chun-Li finds Blanka and tells him that they're still inside the embassy, so they rush towards it. Kip continues to try and send out a transmission, but then Sagat's men find him and break the console he was using.

Blanka and Chun-Li find more of Sagat's men outside, and take them out. Back in the ring, Guile has taken out more opponents, and Sagat tells the crowd that their guest has put up quite a fight. But it looks like Guile is getting worn out, perhaps someone's mother would like to take him on next?

One of the guards brings Kip to Sagat, and says he was using the radio before they were able to stop him. Sagat says it's no matter, and tells him to eliminate Kip. Guile hears what Sagat just said, and uses the ropes of the ring as a springboard to catapult himself up to where they are. He takes down the guard by charging into him.

Sagat tells Guile he tires him, and he unleashes a tiger shot at him. Guile protects Kip by letting himself get hit by the projectile, but he still remains standing. He tells Sagat to take a nap, and throws out a sonic boom.

Sagat gets hit by this and is knocked out. Guile and Kip see more of Sagat's men on the way, but then Chun-Li and Blanka arrive. Blanka takes care of them before they can get any further. Guile tells them he thought he ordered them to leave -Blanka says he did, but he just never ordered them not to come back!

Chun-Li says they'll have to fight their way back to their helicopter, but Kip says he has a better way. Blanka and Chun-Li aren't sure, but Guile tells them to trust Kip. The Street Fighters head back down and start fighting what's left of Sagat's men. Guile throws out one last sonic boom...

...which takes out the last three men. A little later, Kip is finally reunited with his parents.

Guile tells the ambassador that they weren't able to retrieve the files on Sagat or Bison. But Kip reveals that he had them all along, and he gives them to his father. His dad thinks Kip will have his job someday, but Kip asks Guile if he can teach him how to do that cool sonic boom thing he does. Guile tells him that he has moves of his own, he just needs to find them. Beside, he thinks he'll be teaching him moves someday!
