The Cybertrons are once again searching for the Destrons. Chromedome is bored and they have no idea when their enemies will next show up. An alarm then sounds and Brainstorm says that there is something up with their attack systems. Chromedome tells Hardhead it'll make a break from the boredom and the two of them go to check it out.

Meanwhile, the Destrons have found the next planet they plan to invade: Paradise. They head towards a large volcano which has erupted, as Galvatron plans to use it to get some energy. Before they reach the volcano, the Destrons go and pay the locals a visit.

The people of Paradise see MegaZarak and believe he is some kind of monster. This turns out to be true where MegaZarak starts shooting at them, making them run away in fear. Galvatron is pleased that they won't be bothering them, and the Destrons head towards the volcano.

In space, Chromedome and Hardhead have found out that some of the ship's cannons have malfunctioned and they are trying to repair them. But it doesn't look good and they think they may need some extra help. Chromedome wants Highbrow to get out here, but Hardhead reminds him that Highbrow is working on the code he got from Tekna. However, he tells Fortress and Arcee that he still hasn't been able to decipher the code. Brainstorm then contacts them and says he has found out where MegaZarak has gone -to a planet called Paradise.

With no-one to stop them, the Destrons have already started to extract a lot of energy from the volcano. Galvatron is happy because he'd never imagined that there would be so much energy for him to take. This really is a paradise.

Fortress has Highbrow sent to Paradise via the Trainbots, and tells him not to engage the Destrons yet. Chromedome and Hardhead show up and want to go also, but Fortress says no -they need to get those cannons fixed first. The Trainbots leave the ship and arrive on Paradise, and Highbrow is surprised to see a giant eagle appear next to him, with a girl riding on it. She says her name is Papika, and she wields a dagger. Highbrow says he is a Cybertron, and he and his friends are after the Destrons. Papika boards the Trainbots.

She explains that the Destrons have killed over half of the population in her village. She knows where the Destrons now are, so Highbrow decides to go and take a look. He contacts Fortress and tells him about what has happened. Fortress says they still aren't ready yet, so he needs to not alert the Destrons. Daniel is staring at Papika when she briefly appears on the screen, and Wheelie calls him out on it. Daniel says he just hasn't seen another human face in a while, that was all.

Fortress finds out that Chromedome and Hardhead still have a lot of work to do. He tells them to leave the cannons, but Chromedome says he'll work harder and get them repaired. Back on Paradise, the Trainbots have stopped a short distance from the volcano. Twincast tells him to be careful, as he and Papika move out. Twincast decides to send out a few of his cassettes to find out some more intel.

Highbrow lands and finds out that the Destrons are on the other side of a mountain in front of them. He tells Papika to go back, as it will be dangerous for her to continue with him. She returns to her village on her eagle, whilst Highbrow moves in closer. Meanwhile, Battleship Maximus has landed on the planet. The Cybertrons are introduced to Polonus, the leader of the attacked village.

Daniel and Wheelie meet Papika, who shows them their temporary residence: houses in trees. As Papika shows Daniel and Wheelie the things they have to eat, Polonus explains that the Destrons came suddenly, without warning.

Fortress says they will deal with them, but wants to know where Highbrow is. He finds out Highbrow has gone to the mountain where the Destrons are. At the mountain, Highbrow sees some energon cubes stacked up, and goes down to them. He thinks it is strange that nobody else is around, but then he is attacked by Mindwipe. He tries to avoid the hypnosis rays by transforming and flying away...

...but Mindwipe swaps sorcery for shooting and blasts Highbrow out of the sky. Highbrow has to transform back into his robot mode, and when he lands, Weirdwolf and Skullcruncher appear.

They team up and batter Highbrow, but this is seen by Steeljaw. He quickly heads off to inform the other Cybertrons. Meanwhile, Papika has taken Daniel and Wheelie to a lake. Daniel is trying to catch fish just by grabbing them, but he can't seem to do it. Papika is an expert at it however -she and the others were brought up to be able to communicate with animals. Daniel says how different this world is to the one he comes from, where nearly everything is automated.

Wheelie tries to be cool by transforming into his vehicle mode, but Papika says she can kind of do that too -and shows them her eagle, which she rides on. They then spot Twincast flying in towards Battleship Maximus, and Daniel says something must be up. Twincast tells Fortress that Highbrow has been captured -and as Daniel and the others come back, they all hear some explosions.

The Destrons are attacking, and setting fire to parts of the forest. Fortress doesn't want to move his ship as it is shielding the village. Doublecross is sent out to do something about the fire. His first action...is to use his fire breath. His other head tells him to not be an idiot, and use water. The first heard ends up breathing more fire by mistake. The second head says the first head is stupid...

...but the second head uses fire also. The first head says he isn't so clever, either. Doublecross eventually gets his heads together and goes off to try and stamp parts of the fire out. Fortress tells Chromedome, Hardhead and Brainstorm to go and help Highbrow.

The villagers have retreated to some caves, but Papika decides to go and help Highbrow. She calls in her giant eagle and goes off to help him. Meanwhile the Cybertron Headmasters are near the volcano, but Ratbat appears. He tells them that they have Highbrow hostage, and if they make any stupid moves, he is dead. Ratbat flies off, just as Twincast appears and tells Chromedome he knows where Highbrow is.

The Cybertrons follow Twincast's directions and arrive at a waterfall. They see Highbrow below, along with several Destrons, including Galvatron. Papika then also appears, and jumps off her eagle and into the water below. Chromedome knows she'll be in trouble if she is spotted, so he and the others go to attack. Galvatron sees that they've got company, as the Trainbots have also appeared in the sky.

Out of the Trainbots jump the Techbots and Firebots. The Techbots transform into Computicon and go off and attack Predaking, whilst the Firebots keep Abominus at bay by breathing fire all over him. Meanwhile, Papika gets to Highbrow and tries to cut his chains, but her dagger isn't strong enough.

Highbrow enters the waters and also tries to break the chains, but he can't do it. Highbrow says that they all must unite their strength. They do this by using the head formation technique. The four Cybertron Headmasters transform their heads to their smaller robot modes, and leap up into the sky.

Linking arms, the four spin around, and the technique is used for them to recharge their energy. This lets Highbrow break the chains, and the four of them reunite with their larger bodies. After doing this, they transform to their vehicle modes and smash into the Destron Headmasters.

Meanwhile, the Firebots are still breathing fire everywhere, and some of it hits the energon cubes stacked up around the place, destroying them in a chain reaction of explosions. Galvatron sees this and tells the Destrons to retreat, and they all run into the water.

The Cybertrons attempt to follow them, but have to stop where MegaZarak rises up out of the water. The Destrons leave, and MegaZarak swears revenge against them all. Later on, the Cybertrons say their goodbyes to the people of Paradise.

Polonus says that they will rebuild their village. Highbrow thanks Papika for her help and says he hopes this situation won't happen again. The Cybertrons leave Paradise, and once again pursuit the Destrons.

NOTES

As you might have seen above, the computer Highbrow uses near the start of the episode has some English text on it. "Tetsuo, who was leading the group, suddenly put on his brakes", "A white figure suddenly appeared on A street where there had been nothing a moment ago." and "The figure, glowing in the light, came closer and closer. It had 26 numbers written on his palm, a..." According to the Transformers Wiki, this text is possibly a reference to Akira.

The Firebots make an appearance in this episode -last time we saw them was all the way back in the fifth episode, where they were left to guard planet Beast. Apparently that planet was safe enough now for them to rejoin the other Cybertrons.
