Terry saves Sulia, but she notices his arm is bleeding. He says it's just a scratch, but she says to leave this to her. She places her hand above his wound, and some energy emits from it. She says she's stimulating his body's natural healing ability, something she can do as she also has the power of Gaudemus. She finishes up, but then falls forward, and says she just feels a little dizzy.

Joe and the others then find them. Terry asks to hear the rest of the story, so Sulia says that her ancestors left the carvings and inscriptions in this cave so their descendants could know the history of Gaudemus. She takes off her pendant, and says this has been passed down for generations.

She places the pendant down, causing part of the cave to shake. A waterfall dries up, revealing a cave behind it. Everyone goes inside, where they find more paintings on the walls.

Terry and Andy see that some of the pictures show stances of the eight extremes holy fist style. Joe looks at another one, and says it's showing one of Krauser's moves, the move he used to put him in the hospital. Mai asks why these things are here, and Andy believes that Gaudemus must have influenced the students of both schools.

Sulia tells everyone that this map shows where each piece of the armor is hidden. Each of the five generals carried one piece of it home, leaving one behind. Her brother has the pieces from the cities in Macedonia, Thrace and Egypt. Two pieces remain: one in Baghdad, Iraq and on in Antakya, Turkey. But the final piece isn't shown on the map. She doesn't know if the last piece was never found, or if its location was recorded in another way. But if her brother does find all six pieces, she believes he'll be consumed by Gaudemus' rage. That's why they've got to save him.

Terry says her brother is bound to show up where the armor is, and swears to help him. Joe says they've got to find the last two pieces before Laocorn does, so Andy suggests they split into two groups. Mai instantly decides to go with Andy, but Joe says this isn't some pleasure cruise.

Mai says she knows, but Sulia is trying to help her brother, so she wants to help, woman to woman. She asks Andy if he agrees, and he does. Joe says he'd like to help Sulia too, so Terry tells Andy and Mai to go to Baghdad. The rest of them will go to Antakya.

Elsewhere, Laocorn meets with the mayor. He's happy that Laocorn is helping with this project, as if they can complete this resort, everyone in the city will get rich. They owe Laocorn a lot for his generosity. Laocorn says he's glad to help. The mayor then leaves, and as he gets into his car, his aide says that Laocorn is a mysterious millionaire who came out of nowhere. The mayor says that Laocorn is helping them, it doesn't matter to him where he's from.

Laocorn and Panni remain in the resort, and use an elevator to head down. Panni asks him if it was wise to invest so much money so suddenly, but Laocorn tells her it was just for camouflage. They won't be bothered if they're seen as indispensable. He then asks about Sulia, and Panni says that Sulia and her accomplices have begun searching for the armor. They arrive in a large room, and Laocorn says to stop using the masked army, as they're too conspicuous. Jamin and Hauer are waiting, and Panni tells them that they'll split into two groups. She instructs them to follow Sulia and her friends, then steal the armor when they can.

Hauer doubts Sulia's group would be any more satisfying, but Panni reminds him that Terry Bogard did defeat Krauser, so he shouldn't let his guard down. Hauer says all men have a weakness of the heart. He sees Jamin open his eyes, and says that he knows Jamin doesn't care for his style. He says that Jamin believes in things like fighting fairly, using skill against skill.

Jamin remains silent, even when Hauer says his own style is to use any means necessary, and strike at the weakness of the heart. Laocorn then tells him that's enough, and says for him and Jamin to get going. He wants that armor, and if anyone gets in their way, crush them.

Antakya, Turkey

Terry's group arrive at a hotel. As Terry pays the porter, a picture of Lily falls out of his pocket. Sulia picks it up and looks at it, but Terry then thanks her for picking it up, and takes it back.

The three head out to get some food. Sulia is amazed at how they can eat so much, but Joe says any way you look at it, a man's still got to eat. He then asks Terry what the game plan is, and Terry suggests they check out the library first. Joe isn't too happy with that, as if he reads too much, he gets sleepy. He then asks Terry when he's going to become a pro fighter, as he could be pulling in the big bucks.

Terry says he only wants to fight with guys who'll help him improve himself, and he doesn't want anyone choosing his matches for him. Besides, Andy is his only family, and Andy doesn't need his support. Joe says he might not care about the money, but it's nice to have, as you can buy whatever you want. Terry says everything expect a girlfriend, and Joe says he's got lots of groupies, but no one girl. But he thinks Terry is one to talk, as he's in the same boat as him! Sulia asks Terry if he has a girlfriend, and he says he hasn't any more. Sulia asks about the girl in that picture.

Terry says she's dead. As Sulia apologizes, Terry tells her not to worry about it. Later on, Terry returns to his room, and looks at the picture of Lily.

Lily asks if he still thinks about her, and he says he does. He says he wishes he could have saved her, but she tells him not to blame himself. Meeting him gave her a reason to live, but he says she died, so it was all for nothing. Lily says she's glad he still thinks about her, but she also wants him to be happy.

She wants him to open his heart, and look to the future. Terry turns around, but Lily then disappears. He then hears a knock on his door, waking him up from his dream. He opens the door and finds Sulia standing outside. She says she has been thinking about what she brought up earlier, and is here to apologize. She didn't think about his feelings, and had just wanted to get to know him better.

Terry says he's not upset, and tells her to get some sleep, as tomorrow is going to be a long day. The next morning, the group are at the library, and struggle to find anything useful. Sulia then finds something about Alexander the Great. She reads out that after Alexander's death, General Laomedon sealed off an underground room in his palace. Terry thinks that's where the armor piece could be, and Joe asks where the palace is.

Sulia presents an old map along with a new one, showing that a police station is now where the palace used to be. Terry wants to go and take a look, but Joe thinks they won't get a chance.

He shows them his newspaper, which has a front page story about a police station exploding. Terry sees that this newspaper is already a week old. He reads the story, which mentions that ancient ruins were found beneath the police station. They also see a picture of an opened chest, and realize the armor piece has already been taken. But Sulia says her brother doesn't have it yet. She and her brother are connected by a strange power, and know what the other is feeling. They can even hear each other's thoughts when they're close.

She can feel it with each piece of armor he puts on -the awakening of something terrifying inside him. But she hasn't felt anything since he got the third armor piece. Joe wonders who has the fourth piece. Terry continues reading the paper, and the story states that the ruins were raided by crusaders 900 years ago. The valuables were all taken back to Europe, which most likely includes the armor piece. Joe thinks there's no way they could find it now, but Terry tells him to remember the mural in Rhodes. It showed something like Krauser's technique, and Joe recalls Andy mentioning Krauser being influenced by Gaudemus. Sulia thinks the House of Stroheim took something more than just the technique. Terry says it's just a hunch, but they've got nothing better to go on. He thinks they should go to Stroheim castle.

Joe jumps up and yells they'd better go, but Terry and Sulia shush him -this is a library! Nearby, Jamin has been listening in.

Terry tells Joe to meet them at the castle, after he's met up with Andy and Mai and told them what's going on. Joe asks if the two of them will be ok, and Terry says he'll take good care of Sulia. Joe signals Terry to come over to him.

He thinks Sulia has a crush on Terry, and tells him as much. Terry doesn't have to be the lonely wolf for the rest of his life, but Terry tells him not to be stupid -Sulia is just a kid. He tells Joe they'll be fine, and then asks Sulia if she's ready to go. Unfortunately for him, Sulia heard his comments, and tells Mr. Wolf she's ready to go whenever he is. Terry asks if she heard him.

She says what does it matter, she's just a kid. She walks off into the airport, so Terry says bye to Joe and follows Sulia. He says he didn't mean what he said, he just had to say something to make Joe shut up! Sulia asks if that's really the case, and Terry say it is. He says she's quite the beautiful young lady, which Sulia is happy to hear. She leads him on.

Baghdad, Iraq

In their hotel room, Andy is nervously walking back and forth when Mai appears, having had a shower. She asks him what he's doing, and he was he was thinking that they can't both sleep in the same bed. Mai says they've got no choice, as all the twin rooms were taken. She says they should get some sleep, and tucks herself in.

Andy starts doing some push ups, and tells Mai he's going to work out for a bit, then crash on the couch. He tells her not to wait up for him, so Mai lets him be.

The next morning, Andy and Mai have gone to a museum. They find the chest that the armor piece should have been in, only to find that it was opened long ago. Andy reads that the contents were stolen by Genghis Khan, and then taken back to China. He imagines that Laocorn has already been here, and realized that this was a dead end. Joe then appears, and asks them how it's going. Mai shows him what they've found, and he reveals that the one they went searching for was also empty.

They head back outside, an Joe says he already has a lead on where the armor was taken. Andy says the crusaders were Christians from all over Europe, and Mai asks how could he know where the armor is. Joe mentions the murals they saw in Rhodes, and he worked out from the fact that Gaudemus' techniques looked a lot like Stroheim's. Andy thinks that maybe the Stroheim family obtained some of the armor, and Joe says Terry and Sulia are already on their way to Germany. Mai says that was quite a deduction -Terry is as brilliant as his brother! Joe says he thought of it, not Terry, but Mai doesn't believe a muscle-head like Joe could have figured it out. Andy says he has brought them a great clue. Some of the murals showed techniques from China's eight extremes holy fist, so perhaps a piece of armor wound up there, too. Mai thinks he could be right, but then mentions that master Tung passed on. Joe asks about Jubei, and Mai says that Jubei and Tung went way back.

As Mai calls the Yamada dojo, Joe asks Andy about what happened last night -he and Mai slept in the same room, so how was she? Andy doesn't understand what he's talking about. Mai then comes back and reveals that Jubei disappeared three days ago. Andy wonders if Laocorn got to him.

At the resort, Laocorn has learnt from Panni that the fifth armor piece is in China, and that Jamin is heading to Germany to retrieve the fourth piece. Laocorn decides he'll travel to Germany as well, but Panni doesn't think that's a good idea. She says that Jamin can handle this without him needing to go. But Laocorn knows that Terry Bogard is with Sulia, and his sister seems to be quite enchanted with him. Panni asks how he could know that, and he says he can feel that Sulia's mind is full of thoughts of a man named Terry. He'd like to meet this Terry Bogard.

Frankfurt, Germany

Terry and Sulia ride through the streets. Terry asks if they should pull over to take a break, but Sulia wants to keep going. But she then senses her brother, and seconds later, some projectiles rain down over them. Terry manages to avoid them all, but then sees a truck heading right at them.

He gets Sulia and leaps off the bike with her, just as the bike hits the truck, causing an explosion. He takes Sulia inside a parking lot. Sulia wonders why her brother would do this.

Terry has to move her out of the way when a car is dropped down on them from above. Jamin appears, and Terry says this guy emits an incredible fighting spiritual energy. Sulia can't believe that Jamin is here.

Jamin then attacks Terry, and after a few exchanges of moves, Terry thinks his opponent is as strong as Krauser... or even stronger.

Terry uses his burn knuckle, which hits Jamin and knocks him back into a car. Terry and Sulia get onto an elevator platform, which begins to move upwards.

Jamin gets up and throws out an energy blast, which destroys the elevator. Terry grabs Sulia and leaps up, managing to grab onto the level above.

He pulls Sulia up, and then she helps him climb out. But then then hear someone clapping, and see Laocorn above them. He says he saw Terry's little fight with Jamin, and tells him he's quite the fighter. He says he has a proposal for Terry: join him in his quest. Terry says thanks, but no thanks. Laocorn thought it was a fine offer, but then asks for him to return his sister. Terry say he doesn't think so.

Laocorn leaps down, but suddenly vanishes and reappears right in front of Terry within a second. He hits him a few times, then kicks him away, where Jamin is waiting.

Laocorn says he has a good idea of Terry's power now, and instructs Jamin to do as he will. Terry throws Jamin off of him, then throws out a power wave.

Jamin counters this with his own projectile, the earth quake. The two projectiles smash into each other, but Jamin's eventually destroys Terry's, then hits Terry himself.

Laocorn says if feels like a waste to kill Terry, but he's left him no choice. He says farewell to Terry, and throws out a projectile. But Sulia gets in the way, forcing him to destroy his own projectile before it hits her.

Laocorn says he never knew she had such courage. But he wants her to forget about Terry, and stand at her brother's side. Sulia tells him he isn't her brother, as her real brother would never have done something this cruel. She tells him that he is now a devil who is wearing her brother's face. Laocorn asks her to be reasonable, as if she isn't, he really will kill Terry. Terry whispers to Sulia that when he gives the word, she must move aside.

Laocorn is about to throw out another projectile, but Terry tells Sulia to move. She does, as Terry uses his greatest technique, the power geyser!

There is a gigantic explosion at the top of the parking lot, as Terry and Sulia are blown off the roof. They land in the river below.

Thanks to the armor protecting them, Laocorn and Jamin have both survived without injury. Laocorn says Terry's name, then starts laughing. Jamin thinks about Sulia.

Terry and Sulia have survived, but Terry has been badly injured. Sulia drags Terry through a sewer.
