The game's intro song is called "Annet Futatabi" (Annet, Once Again). The arranger is Shinji Tamura, but there is no specific vocal credit for the song in the game's credits at all. Ácido Cinza found this page on Moby Games, which has Tomoko Nakajima listed as providing the lyrics. However, he also found that a Japanese site had Yūko Minaguchi listed as the singer for the intro (Yūko voices Annet in the game), so we're not 100% certain who exactly sang this song. The song has never been released on CD either, which doesn't help matters.

Anyway, the sequence features a whole bunch of art specifically used just for the intro, which is good enough reason for me to have this page up. popfan95b provided me the lyrics in Japanese, once in Romaji and an English translation:

One little oddity with this intro is a particular shot of a bunch of bad guys. Never mind that some random guy is holding a knife (no enemy like that ever appears in the game), it's more to do with the fact of how bad it looks compared to everything else in the intro:
