Rei sees that Lin is alright and also finds out that Airi is safe thanks to her efforts -he cannot believe that Lin, who is such a small child, has put her life on the line. Ken-Oh's men want to know who the hell this guy is, but they decide to stay back when they see that he seems to have been angered. They run towards him, but he starts to use his Nanto Suicho Ken techniques.



The three guys are sliced to pieces, as Rei asks who wants to die next. The other punks hesitate, so Rei keeps asking them to bring it. Some of them all charge towards him together, but are quickly killed.



Ken's group are on the way back still and have once again found the tracks of a giant horse. They also see a building nearby and with Toki still not fully recovered, they decide to take a break in there. Mamiya opens the door...



...and finds that there are some guys in there. But they seem strange, and don't respond to her when she talks to them. Mamiya eventually finds the owner of the place: an old woman who sees that they must be travelers, and could do with a drink.



She heads off to get some water whilst the trio take a seat and seem to notice that something is wrong with this place. The other people inside are acting oddly and Kenshiro hears a lot of creaking in the ceiling above him. The woman then returns with water and Mamiya asks if she knows anything about the hoof prints outside. She says she saw a large horse with a fine man riding it, but then she tells the three to drink the water now, whilst it is still nice and cold. Kenshiro suggests that she should take a drink first, but she says that she couldn't possibly have any of their water.



But Ken believes the water has been poisoned and then figures out that the people running this place really are up to something, as no old women have beards. A punk then drops out of the ceiling, heading straight towards Ken, but Ken simply grabs a coat hanger with a pointy end (like all good coat hangers) and he falls right on it.



The old hag reveals that she and the others in the place are part of Ken-Oh's special transformation squad, and they all attack. The three guys at the other table fight Ken, whilst Toki and Mamiya have to try and fend off the old hag, who attacks them with small spears. Ken defeats the three guys and then kicks the hag in the face, killing her.



Knowing that Ken-Oh's forces must have gone to her village, Mamiya tells Ken that she will help Toki make his way back, whilst he must head back to the village quickly. If Rei has made it there he will not be able to fight off all of the bad guys by himself. Kenshiro heads off in a hurry. Back in the village, the leader of the invasion force says that he knows what Rei's weakness is, and tells his troops to go and find a girl called Airi. But they don't have to look for long as Airi suddenly appears out in the open! A punk dashes towards her before Rei can stop him.



Airi suddenly pulls out a crossbow and shoots the punk in the head, killing him! She says that thanks to Lin she has learnt how to fight and will never be like how she was again. Rei tells the army leader that his weakness is gone, and Airi can now live and die how she wants.



This makes the other villagers fight back and soon Ken-Oh's army is in trouble. Bat returns to the village, and Lin is happy to see him. The village elder says that everyone had given up hope, but because of Lin and Airi's actions, look at them now. As the battle continues, a man on a horse appears and sees the fighting going on below.



The invasion force leader tells the villagers that they are all fools for daring to take on Ken-Oh, and then he grabs and drinks a big barrel of gasoline. His special power allows him to breathe fire and he tries to torch Rei.



Rei leaps high up into the air, avoiding all of the fiery blasts, and slices his opponent's swords up, along with his belly. He falls over and lands next to some of the fire he just spat out. The gasoline from his slices stomach starts to leak everywhere...



...and he then explodes. But as the smoke clears, the man on the horse arrives and all of the surviving men get down on their knees, as this man is their leader -Lord Ken-Oh.



Ken-Oh says it was an honor to see Rei's Nanto Suicho Ken. Rei tells him he'll show him the true essence of his style. Meanwhile, Kenshiro sees Mamiya's village and begins to run towards it. Rei challenges Ken-Oh, but he doesn't respond.



Ken-Oh stares at Rei and says nothing. Rei is going to fight him, but Lin tells him not to. He tells her not to worry -fighting is the only way he can repay her and Ken for their kindness in the past, and he tells Ken-Oh that he will take his head!
