As the trio get closer to Cassandra, Kenshiro thinks that he must save Toki without fail. He might not have to work that hard to do that though, as a bunch of men are heading straight towards the prison armed with a variety of guns. They want to crush the legend that nobody can escape from the prison, and have a few buddies locked away in there that they want to bust out. They reach the gates of the place and charge, but two large men suddenly appear.

The two introduce themselves as Cassandra's strongest fighters: Raiga and Fuuga. The troops open fire, but the two large men suddenly dash forward and use a technique to create a net which slices the troops to pieces!

NISHIN FUURAI KEN

(Dual Gods of Wind and Thunder Fist)

"The two Gods style can only be mastered by two who share the same blood, strength, thoughts and feelings. Anything that stands between them will instantly be torn apart."

Only three guys are left in a jeep and they charge forward, but they and their vehicle are all quickly sliced up and destroyed. The two brothers reflect on the fact that they have had to kill again.

Rei leads the way to the prison and the group finally see the place for themselves. They can also hear the crying and moans carried by the wind, but now that they've come this far that doesn't put any of them off from proceeding on. Meanwhile, at the actual prison, Uighur has let the prisoners leave their cells for the first time in months so they can have a little bit of exercise (walking around), and they get the bonus of seeing the sun.

One prisoner is taken before Uighur. He tried to escape from the prison, but failed. Uighur wants him to kiss his boots, but he'd rather try and kill Uighur and after taking out two guards he does a flying kick in the warden's direction. Uighur calls him a fool and uses his skill with two whips to tear the prisoner to pieces, whilst reminding the others that nobody can ever escape from Cassandra alive.

There is a bigger problem for the guards of Cassandra however as they have noticed that Kenshiro and his friends are on the way! Meanwhile in Mamiya's village, Lin has planted some seeds and they have sprouted -something she's happy about and rushes to tell Bat. When he sees them he isn't too impressed and he can't believe she woke him up for this. As he walks off, Airi heads over and is thankfully much more impressed by them. Lin just hopes they keep growing and she wants to show them to Ken when he gets back.

Uighur finds out that Ken is coming and tells Raiga and Fuuga that thanks to their dark power, they have kept the legend of Cassandra alive, so they must now keep at it and kill the Fist of the North Star. But they don't want to fight any more, as they are fed up of causing needless deaths. If they keep destroying people they will become devils themselves. In response to this, Uighur brings out their younger brother, Mitsu, and has him tied to a post before calling upon a giant eagle to eat him.

This makes Raiga and Fuuga change their minds, so Uighur kills the eagle and tells them never to defy him again. They understand and head off to assume their positions at the entrance gate to the prison, just as Kenshiro, Rei and Mamiya reach the place. Mamiya is wondering why there don't seem to be any guards.

But then it becomes clear that the two statues at the entrance are actually people. Raiga and Fuuga introduces themselves, but Rei wants to fight them first. As he heads towards them, they run towards him using their Nishin Fuurai Ken, and come very close to slicing his head apart.

Rei moves out of the way just in time, but his face is cut. He's about to resume fighting them when Kenshiro steps forward and says he'll try. Despite Rei's warnings for him to not stand between the two brothers, he does anyway.

The two brothers run towards Ken again, but he hits the net they have created rapidly and repeatedly, breaking it apart. Their technique beaten, the two brothers wonder: could this man be the one they have been waiting for?

The two of them have been waiting for a strong man to come here, and end Cassandra's legend. They believe that Kenshiro is the one who could do it, and offer to help him. However, up on a wall above, Mitsu is bought out and a guard says he will die unless they reconsider. Raiga and Fuuga tell their brother that the man they have waited for is finally here, the one who could end the legend. They hope he understands this. Mitsu says he does, so the guard kills him and tosses his body back down.

Several guards then drop down and attack, as Raiga and Fuuga tell Kenshiro not to be sad over Mitsu's death. They then help fight the guards. Rei starts slicing some up before they can even touch the ground, whilst Mamiya...

..uses her yoyos to slice up some faces. Kenshiro crack fists anyone he sees, whilst nobody is capable of getting in Raiga or Fuuga's way.

With most of the enemy dead, Raiga and Fuuga then rush towards the large doors and using their brute strength, begin to force them open. Soon the gates to Cassandra are opened, and Kenshiro says that they will remain open forever.

Uighur approves of Kenshiro's reckless bravery, but anything about him being a saviour is something he finds funny and that he will turn his hope into despair. The two face each other down, as their fated duel is about to begin.
