ORENO NAO ITTE MIROU!

(Say my name!)

Destiny Draws Near!
Jagi, Who are You!!

The two guys think that Jagi is that martial arts master, the one who they say say killed Devil Rebirth and the Fang clan... his name is Kenshiro! Jagi's men then appear, who refer to their boss as Kenshiro -and says he's the lone successor to the North Star divine fist. The two guys immediately run, but Jagi leaps up behind them...

...and breaks their necks. This is witnessed by all of the villagers.

The villagers are dismayed to see that this is what the man with seven scars is really like, and think he's a horrible man. One of Jagi's men says they'll go and spread the name of Lord Kenshiro. Jagi starts laughing.

At Mamiya's village, Rei asks Kenshiro if he is leaving. Kenshiro says he is, and asks Rei for a favor. Rei tells him even if he asked him to die for him, he'd gladly do it. Thankfully Kenshiro just wants him to take care of Bat and Lin. Rei is surprised he's not taking them with him, and then Lin calls out, asking Ken why he has to leave.

She says he only just came back from fighting, so why does he have to go? Kenshiro says that he thinks the enemy he has to face now is from his own family... a fight within the North Star divine fist school. Rei is surprised that their are other North Star divine fist practitioners. Kenshiro explains that he had three older brothers...

His father, Ryuken, never had sons of his own, so he adopted four boys. However, there can only be a single successor to the North Star divine fist and only one could be taught its secret techniques. Kenshiro would be that one.

Kenshiro says that it began a great tragedy, one which led to the shedding of blood between brothers. He has to end this battle for succession with his own hands, and this time, he may not come back alive. Lin begs him not to go, as they can all live together in this village. Kenshiro calls her by her name, but says nothing else to her. He then asks Rei to take care of her and Bat.

Lin tries to follow him, but is stopped by Bat. Kenshiro slowly walks out of the village, and as he does, he is watched by Mamiya.

The village elder comes over and tells her to follow Kenshiro, if she wishes. She doesn't need to worry about the village, and he thinks that dress she's wearing suits her better than battle gear. He tells her to go after Kenshiro, and to think of her own happiness from now on. Mamiya thinks it would be no use following Kenshiro... he didn't even raise an eyebrow when he saw her in this dress. Within Ken's heart, the memory of Yuria is still alive. As long as that memory remains, he'll bury himself in battles.

Meanwhile, some of Jagi's men are making life hell for some villagers. They bury one guy and drag another one over, and tell him to look at this statue. They want the villager to say that man's name.

The villager says he doesn't know, so one of the men throws a saw down in front of him. He tells him to use the saw to cut off the buried guy's head. The villager nervously picks up the saw, and places it next to the guy's neck.

However the villager says he can't do it, and drops the saw. The gang leader stomps on him and asks if he thinks the great Lord Kenshiro will forgive him for that. Another, older villager says that the man with seven scars isn't a defender of the weak, he's just a murderer! He thinks this world has no savior.

The gang leader has the old guy brought over, and asks him to say that again. The man says he'll say it as much as they want: the man with seven scars is a murderer! The leader says that's right, Lord Kenshiro is a murderer! He thinks this old guy knows what he's talking about, and decides that, as a reward, he gets to use the saw now. But before he can force him to do it, he gets kicked in the back.

The real Kenshiro has arrived, but the gang don't realize this. They think they'll make him pay for messing with them, but the leader gets up and tells them to wait. He thinks that, as a reward for his big entrance, he'll now ask him the same question he's asked before: what is that man's name?

Kenshiro says he doesn't know. The leader tells him to saw through that guy's head, he should have no trouble doing it. Kenshiro picks up the saw... and thrusts it straight into the gang leader's head. Kenshiro asks him if this is the right way, and the leader says it is -although he didn't mean for him to cut through his head!

As the leader falls forward, he grabs onto Kenshiro's cloak, and tears it off. Everyone realizes Kenshiro is the man with seven scars, as he asks them if they want to know this man's name that badly. He smashes the statue apart, and says the man's name is Jagi -a man he once called brother!

Jagi's men confront Kenshiro, and realize he's the man with seven scars. Kenshiro wants to know where Jagi is, but they're happy he's here -the reason why they were causing so much trouble was to lure him out. It was Lord Jagi who ordered them to do it. One of them says Kenshiro must be Jagi's little brother. Kenshiro thinks back...

Kenshiro and Jagi face each other. Ryuken tells them to aim carefully for the pressure points on each other's chests. As they prepare, Jagi says that he won't be beaten by Kenshiro.

The two clash, but as they break apart, Kenshiro stumbles. He realizes Jagi has thrown out some needles, which had nearly hit one of his eyes.

Jagi says that winning is everything, it doesn't matter how you do it. He then leaps up, and uses the Hokuto senjuu satsu (North Star thousand hand murder) technique. Kenshiro gets struck many times in an instant.

Kenshiro is knocked down, and Jagi stomps on him. He tells Ryuken that it's clear Kenshiro is still an amateur, who can't carry on the North Star divine fist school as he is now. He thinks Ryuken should hurry up and declare him the successor. Ryuken calls him a fool, and tells him to look at his own chest. Jagi looks down, and sees that every pressure point on his chest has been struck.

Ryuken tells him that Kenshiro struck them when they first passed each other, and he hit precisely hit each one. Jagi can't believe it, but Ryuken warns him that Kenshiro could have torn his body apart, and left him as a pile of meat. He thinks Jagi would do well to learn from Kenshiro. Jagi tells Ryuken to look at Kenshiro's face -who got hurt worse here?!

He thinks Kenshiro didn't have a chance to go easy on him, and that was the best he could do. He goes up to Kenshiro, and tells him that he will never beat him -ever! He then walks off.

Ryuken asks Kenshiro why he lost on purpose -is it because Jagi is his brother? He says those tender feelings he has will lead to disaster someday, especially with Jagi.

Back in the present, Jagi's men think that if they kill Kenshiro, they'll become Jagi's right-hand men. They decide to attack, but Kenshiro starts blowing them apart.

They continue their assault, but all of them get taken out within seconds. Two of them try throwing sickles at him, but he catches them, then throws them back the way they came.

Practically all of them are dead, but one guy says to fight him next -he's not like the others. He claims that he's studied many martial arts, and the last thing he learned were the North Star divine fist techniques that he stole from Lord Jagi! Kenshiro completely ignores him, and goes up to the villager buried in the ground. The guy sees this as a big insult, and leaps towards Kenshiro.

Kenshiro elbows him in the face, knocking him back. He gets back up, and watches Kenshiro take the villager back to the others. He tries to attack again...

...but freezes when Kenshiro suddenly turns around and glares at him. Kenshiro tells him to try it, so the guy strikes pressure points on his head. He tells Kenshiro that he's already dead. Kenshiro asks how many seconds he has left, so the guy tells him about 10 seconds -he thinks. He decides to count them down for him, and does so. But when he gets to zero...

"Oh no!"

The guy suddenly blows apart. Kenshiro says that North Star divine fist has been passed down from father to son for 2,000 years, it's not something scum like him could use. He then senses someone nearby, and tells them to come out. The last remaining man of Jagi's force comes out, so Kenshiro asks him where Jagi is. The man tells him that Jagi went to an oasis, located to the south of here. He then asks Kenshiro if he's going to let him go.

Kenshiro grabs him by his head, and drops him into the hole in the ground. He tells the villagers that that guy is all theirs. The villagers all run up and start beating him up.

As Kenshiro walks off, he thinks of what Jagi once told him... that the most ridiculous thing he ever heard was the idea that Kenshiro would be the successor to the North Star divine fist. Kenshiro then recalls what Ryuken once said: his kindness would result in his own death -Jagi would be his downfall. Kenshiro thinks that, as the lone successor to the North Star divine fist, he'll settle the battle with Jagi with his own fists.

At Mamiya's village, Bat finds Lin waiting at the top of a building. He assures her things are going to be alright, as Ken will win, and then come back. That's what he's always done.

At another village, Jagi is resting when one of his men runs in, and tells him that Kenshiro has appeared. Jagi laughs and says that Kenshiro has at least shown his face. The man says that Kenshiro apparently smashed a statue of Jagi, and killed dozens of his men. If that's true, he should... Jagi asks him what he means by that. He believes his underling is suggesting that he might lose to Kenshiro. He gets up and asks him if he's instead suggesting that Kenshiro may be stronger than him.

He tells him that a younger brother can never be stronger than the older one! He pushes the man away, but has hit pressure points on his arms. The man's arms are blown off, killing him. Jagi says that he's going to have the glory of being the successor to the the North Star divine fist assassination art, and its 2,000 year history of unbeatable killing power!
