Cody was one of Metro City's heroes, but his desire for fighting led to him being jailed. Having been stuck in his cell for long enough, he punches down the wall and goes on the look out for some entertainment. He's got most of his Alpha 3 special moves, including his kicks and the ability to pick up and use a knife, plus a couple of new tricks for his ultra combos. For those who don't know, you have to choose which ultra combo you want to use before the fight starts. [EX] means an EX version of the move can be done (press two attack buttons together instead of one)



BAD STONE
(QCF+P) [EX]
Cody will pick up some stones and throw them at the opponent. If you hold down the punch button, Cody will throw the stones up and down before throwing them, resulting in more damage.


CRIMINAL UPPERCUT
(QCB+P) [EX]
Cody will do a hurricane uppercut.


RUFFIAN KICK
(QCF+K) [EX]
This move looks different depending on which kick button you press. Short kick is a sweep, forward kick is a middle kick, and roundhouse kick is a high kick.


KNIFE PICK UP
(DOWN+PPP)
Whilst standing over the knife, hold down and press all 3 punch buttons at once. Cody will duck down and pick up the knife.


KNIFE THROW
(QCF+P)
Cody will throw the knife at the opponent. Obviously, you have to be holding the knife to do this move.


ZONK KNUCKLE
(Hold down any punch button, then release) [EX]
A new quick punch which knocks the opponent back.


SUPER COMBO: DEAD END IRONY
(QCF, QCF+K)
This super is a combo of kick moves.


ULTRA COMBO 1: FINAL DESTRUCTION
(QCF, QCF+3P)
Cody will strike at the opponent, if he hits, he'll batter them with a combo.


ULTRA COMBO 2: LAST DREAD DUST
(QCB, QCB+3K)
A new move which starts out with a kick which creates a lot of dust, then Cody will do more kicks.



Guy senses that a great evil is rising once again and he sets out to stop it. He's got all of his special moves from Street Fighter Alpha 2 along with some flashy new techniques for both of his ultra combos.



BUSHIN WHIRLWIND KICK
(QCB+K) [EX]
Guy's classic special move from Final Fight, only this time it doesn't take any of his health away if he hits someone with it. It can hit the opponent multiple times.


RUN
(QCF+K, SK)
Guy will start to run. If you press the short kick button again, he will stop.


KAGE SUKUI
(QCF+FK, FK)
Guy will run, then after you press the forward kick button again he will then do a sliding kick.


KUBIKARI
(QCF+RK, RK)
Guy will run, then when you press the roundhouse kick button he'll do a flying kick.


ELBOW DROP
(QCF+P, P) [EX]
When you do the first part of the motion, Guy will do a jumping roll toward the opponent. Press any punch button again to make Guy do an elbow drop.


BUSHIN INZUNA DROP
(QCF+P, R+P) [EX]
When you do the first part of the motion, Guy will leap forward. When he gets close to the opponent, hold right and then press any punch button again. Guy will grab the opponent and slam them into the ground (Guy cannot grab ducking opponents with this move).


HOZANTO
(QCB+P) [EX]
A turnaround smash attack which is extremely quick.


KAITEN IAZUNA OTOSHI
(QCF+P) (air) [EX]
A new move where Guy dashes forwards to strike the opponent.


SUPER COMBO: BUSHIN HASOKEN
(QCF, QCF+P)
This is a useful super to do when an opponent jumps at you. Guy will leap forward and start a aerial combo which takes the opponent upward, and the last hit is always a kick which sends the opponent back to earth.


ULTRA COMBO 1: BUSHIN GORAISENPUJIN
(QCF, QCF+KKK)
Guy will start off a combo and then throw the opponent upwards. He'll then also leap up and perform a more powerful Izuna drop on them.


ULTRA COMBO 2: BUSHIN MUSO RENGE
(HCB, HCB+PPP)
Guy will attempt to grab the opponent, if he does, he'll do a special combo.
