The Playstation 2 version of Final Fight is included on Capcom Classics Collection, which was released in 2005. The collection includes many other of Capcom's arcade games, such as Street Fighter II, Mercs and Vulgus. Most of the games on this collection had previously been seen in the Capcom Generations series for the Playstation and SEGA Saturn, however, Final Fight had never been included on any of the Generations titles. It was a new addition for this collection.

This version is fairly close to matching the arcade version, the only difference I found was with the music. Sometimes the first second or so of a track will not play. This version also features lot of unlockable extras, such as art and music.
